Our third time staying and we always love the experience

I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels before so I expected a better conditioned hotel and experience. It’s more of a 3 star hotel.

This is a very nice resort to stay on. It’s clean the rooms are specious and clean the grounds are kept very nice. Pools are very nice. This hotel is a lil far out from the downtown area where everything is happening, some people are cool with that some may not like the 20 min ride back to the hotel. The staff was just ok, some were not as friendly as you would like but front desk guy kinda tall guy was very cool so was the valet guys in the afternoon. Out door and indoor Bar staff needs a lil attention to detail I think. Over all a good stay.

Great Hotel for a Family Vacation. Honestly you don’t have tho leave unless you really want too. Huge Property… 3 pools, on the beach. Several dining experiences. Hotel was clean & had that sweet hotel smell.

Okay I knew i only did breakfast and not all inclusive but it took forever to get a drink by the pool, someone walked by maybe every 30 minutes. There's really not any activities or shows but met some friendly staff V from water aerobics and C (I think) from Karaoke. Only ordered lunch once but it was tasteless. My thermostat was broken and even after several comaints was not fixed properly so had sleep in socks was beyond freezing. Matenience made it hard to relax by the pool with the loudness from tools... hottub was cold... looks like they’re upgrading buildings and other areas. Overall staff was friendly although most spoke only minimum English and property clean but wouldn't stay again.

Très grand resort tout inclus à proximité de Panama City. Piscines très grande . Chambres de qualité. Nombreux restaurant. On y mange bien mais la qualité du service peut être inégal. Jolie plage propre avec coquillages, mais peu attrayante pour la baignade.

Enjoyed my stay here despite the location being away from downtown and during after work hours everyone is heading in this direction. That’s beyond your control. My only complaint is the shower. The water pools due to slow drainage. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The property was modern and well maintained. I was deeply disappointed when i booked an excursion with the resort and they refused to accommodate my request to reschedule for the next day after I became ill. The contract stated that in order to reschedule that I would require a doctors note. After a teleconference with my physician, he forwarded a medical excuse stating the nature of my illness and provided a medical reason supporting my request to postpone my excursion until the next day. The hotel refused to accept my medical note stating that it was not provided by a doctor in Panama and did not have a raised seal. The aforementioned conditions were not stated in the contract. I spoke with the manager on duty who did not remedy the problem.

We had amazing time on this trip, I just wish they had some more entertainment.

Kids club was closed off. Also someone stole my sneakers and daughter's crocs. Hotel staff didnt seem to care

Perfect place to stay near Panama City

Great place to stay. Wish there was a better beach. Be careful when Expedia advertises the price as all inclusive because it’s NOT…you’ll be in for a surprise once you get there and check in!!

Yes the breakfast was wa welcome treat each morning! The Staff was awesome!

Nice hotel with direct beach access, but during low tide the beach is not usable. Breakfast is very good and there are plenty of bars indoor and outside by the pools. There is a beach volleyball area, but it could be refreshed. Panama City is 12min uber ride for $12-$15 each way.

The property was really nice for the most part. There were a few areas that might need to be fixed soon but nothing major. The pools were great. Staff was great. Didn't have any problems with parking. Lots of great activities for the kids to do. Would stay again. One thing I wasn"t aware of was low tide they had it a few times during our stay, so had to wait for the water to come back before we could play in the ocean.

Breakfast was good and worth paying for However the dinner was overly priced not appetizing. The property was nice. Only issue was the toilet got backed up 1x. Also was a bit irritating the phone in room did not work to call room service. It was late at night arpund 10pmish when i arrived and nothing to eat. Was told to call room services and no one answered.. had to go to front desk to order and they seemed unhelpful just said keerp trying to calll

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Food was good, but more options should be considered.
