Room was very clean. Shopping mall downstairs. Very convenient. There were a lot of dining options in the neighborhood. Parking was easy.

The staff are very help full, room is big , clean, the hotel is near the mall it was good, there is one time though that we are asking for coffee and milk the reception said in ten minutes but they did not come at all ,stayed there for 3 nights

We had a wonderful week-long stay during the Eurovision Song Contest! The room was extremely spacious and very clean. All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was very tasty. While it wasn’t a huge deal, the shower had issues regulating temperature, going from very cold to very hot when not adjusting the faucet. Given the amenities of the shopping area attached, and the great connectivity into Basel, I would not hesitate to stay here again when my travels bring me back to the Basel region.

Hotel location was great, no8 tram straight into Basel - don’t forget to carry passport on you as you cross the boarder. Shopping centre below the hotel was handy. Hotel itself was nice, didn’t use restaurant or bar but looked nice- stayed in a standard apartment with kitchenette which was great had everything we needed, only complaint was the curtains are all so thin they don’t keep any morning light out. Would recommend for a reasonable stay just outside the city.

Staff were very polite. Hotel is walking distance from the bus stop. Located in a shooping center. Very convenient. Clean.

Very nice and perfect location. Loved the bed and cleanliness of the room. A building was a bit confusing layout at first. Restaurant was excellent!

Bathroom trash can was full with toilet paper.

It was very unique being on the sixth floor, restaurant was beautiful, food and service excellent. Our room was perfect a d superclean, just had a very strong odor of either cleaning agent or spraying for something? That took away from the otherwise great room.

Spacious Room

Hotel room was clean and spacious. Hotel location near supermarket and restaurant was great. Entrance around elevator shaft is horrible. Dark with no signs to hotel. I understand it is shared with mall but hotel should significantly improve appeal and fix horrible / noisy / old elevator shaft. Doesn't give a good impression to a otherwise good hotel.

Perfect location. 5 min walk to France and 5 min walk opposite side to Switzerland. A cheap option to visit Basel.

Alles super. Der Drink an der Bar war fabelhaft und der Barceeper toll. Leider konnte das Personal beim Frühstück kein Deutsch. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

Been living and traveling in Europe the last two years. This hotel has by far the largest rooms I have stayed in while here and maybe even the US, and they were super clean. The hotel is located above a mall and grocery store which was convenient when we needed something. Took tram to Basel Switzerland for the Christmas Market, its was about 15 min away, couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!
