Everything was perfect! Nice Room, near to the train station, near to the attraction! Miss only one thing in the room: usb charger! Thank for the staff!

Staff are unreal. I lost some cash and Mike found it and posted it back to me. He went above and beyond. The receptionist was very helpful and the lady at breakfast too. Great value for money and great location too. Thanks I’ve started a couple of times and will stay again.

I had a lovely stay here when I came up to see the foo fighters. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had everything I needed. I was a solo traveller and always felt safe and comfortable, I would definitely stay again.

For the price in Liverpool good value for money. Not far from train stations, shops and docks, all walking distance. Anfield a bus journey away. We arrived on the hottest day in June, within minutes of getting in the room a fan was delivered to our room, didn’t even need to ask. Everything in the room clean and tidy, coffee tea and kettle provided. Staff were excellent, very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast in the morning served very quickly and was good. We would definitely stay again.

First things first, let's address the "noise problems". This hotel is part of a pub & is surrounded by pubs & clubs. A simple look at the pictures will tell you that. It is likely to get noisy at nights. However, I stayed on a Thursday night & had the window wide open onto the street all night & it was fairly quiet from around 12am/1am. So, I'm gonna guess Mon-Thurs is alright noise wise. Staff: I was greeted by a lovely lady on reception who was very friendly & chatty. There was also a nice gentleman on later who let me in when I rang the bell (front door is locked once pub is shut). Room: Was very clean & had all the basics. Was just what I needed. Also was supplied with a small but very powerful fan. Very much needed during this heatwave! Location: 5-10min walk from Lume Street Station. 5min walk from Liverpool Central. Right next to Liverpool One. And 15-20min walk to the Docks. As previously stated, plenty of nightlife in the area. I would definitely return. Good value for money.

Really quick check in. Staff really friendly. Breakfast was great, a hotel that actually understands that sausages should have some colour on them, tomatoes should be cooked and not raw and everything piping hot when delivered. As they declare on their website, don't book if you want a quiet hotel, but if you don't mind the sound of nightlife and you want to be right in the heart of the city at a reasonable price, then the Hanover ticks these boxes.

Staff friendly enough. Room had poor lighting. Sqeaky floors. Two loose toilet seats, room was generally tired looking.

Friendly staff, amazing central location close to station, shopping centre and docks. Very clean comfortable room with new bathroom. Breakfast cooked to order and served on hot plates! Highly recommended.

Hotel is fairly central to all amenities. 10 minute walk from the train station. Staff are very friendly.

Part of it is that I am American and we consider air conditioning, wash clothes, silent ceiling fans, a refrigerator, and free access to ice to be standard. None of this was the case at this hotel. To make the lack of air conditiong worse is the noisy ceiling and no way to get adequate ventilation in the room except to prop the door open to sleep. That let's in are of dubious quality further desicrated by nasty smelling air "freshioners" plugged in, in the hallway. Also fair warning, the toilets in hotels in England need to be pumped to get them to flush to clear solid waste. On the plus side if you crave to experience Liverpool night life the is in a prime location near many attractions, pubs, restaurants, and the train station. But at this point I recommend the Holiday Inn as a better option.

Great hotel in a great location for concert square and Liverpool nightlife. Right next to Liverpool central train station. Noise quietened about 12.30 but we were after nightlife so didn’t bother us. Staff were all lovely and hotel was clean. Bed was comfy.

The room was exceptionally clean, and all amenities were fully functional. A reliable and comfortable stay overall.

La habitación lista,lo normal en tamaño y perfecta para una persona...baño en perfectas condiciones y limpio... El hotel está muy cercano a la estación de trenes y a la zona portuaria. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno con todo lo necesario para arrancar el día. Comercios por todos lados y cerca del hotel hay una tienda donde venden cervezas y licor.
