We had a great 5-day stay at the hotel. The staff (except one), service and food were all perfect. After our checkout, we had an hour until our transfer and made the mistake of sitting at the outside part of the bar. The bar manager was very keen on patronizing and educating us on what is “normal” and what is not. Finally, when he took the chair off the field, saying “this is not normal” for our swimwear to dry on an outside bar chair, I couldn’t take it longer and had to leave the bar. It practically ruined our stay - and let me say - the effort everyone put together to provide the perfect service. If it is the case that such swimwear is not allowed to dry at that bar, perhaps there are other ways to tell and help the customer, instead of almost insulting at every interaction m.
