Cleaning too often. Sometimes no need to clean so often.

Highly recommend, we’ve visited twice given how good this hotel is, and we’ll definitely be returning again!

Brilliant stay! Staff were wonderful from the first moment. Half board food amazing! We had the private swim up pool, which was a lovely novelty. Only one thing was that the room safe shouldn't be an extra at this level of hotel but really, thats the only niggle.

No ocean view. Our room view was of the parking area and approach to the hotel reception. Also view of the road to the beach. So a lot of people watching, if you are so inclined. The walk in shower was large enough to hold a family. The gardens are lovely for having a walk. The food selection was great and delicious.

Excellent hotel - amazing location, great food, incredible staff and so close to the beach. Literally couldn’t fault it.

Excellent location right close to the beach, promenade. Lovely grounds, swimming pools. Wonderful staff very friendly and polite. My gripe is that there was no free mineral water in room on arrival, were so in the fridge but chargeable. Also we had half board again no free complementary water. We had to purchase it. We have been to other hotel chains where they were not so stingy

Not a 5 star property. But location was fantastic. Stayed 4 nights with our 5m old and didn’t need to get transport once. Beach directly outside, as were shops, restaurants and lovely evening walks on the sea front.

The hotel is beautiful and has everything you want. We arrived an hour early and weren't able to check in early. Unfortunately the staff didn’t make it clear so we had to stand around and weren't able to access our room until after 4pm. We were given a welcome drink but we kept being told 15 more mins and it wasn't. It would have been helpful to be explicit from the beginning. The breakfast was immense and the beach access was really helpful.

Nice hotel, great staff, food a bit average but huge selection. Nice location. Had a swim up room, very nice. Evening entertainment was ok Queen tribute band excellent though. Too many trees, extra to use the room safe but on the whole good hotel. Might well return.

We had a great 5-day stay at the hotel. The staff (except one), service and food were all perfect. After our checkout, we had an hour until our transfer and made the mistake of sitting at the outside part of the bar. The bar manager was very keen on patronizing and educating us on what is “normal” and what is not. Finally, when he took the chair off the field, saying “this is not normal” for our swimwear to dry on an outside bar chair, I couldn’t take it longer and had to leave the bar. It practically ruined our stay - and let me say - the effort everyone put together to provide the perfect service. If it is the case that such swimwear is not allowed to dry at that bar, perhaps there are other ways to tell and help the customer, instead of almost insulting at every interaction m.

Location, right on the beach; very clean sandy beach - can do long walks along the beach in sea water!

The best thing… the shower! Hot and lots of water pressure. Hotel seems expensive for what you get. Our room had a small outdoor sitting area that faced a brick wall. The rest of the hotel grounds looked quite nice though. Dinner buffet was extensive and delicious. Beach area was fun to walk, good for cheap food options and souvenirs and lots of Lou gets to rent at reasonable price.

Attractive setting, helpful and efficient staff. Located near a good choice of shops and restaurants. Mattresses too soft for me, pillows to “springy” felt as though they were filled with cut up foam. Sun loungers did not have cushions which made them difficult sit on for extended periods.
