Very nice hotel

Extremely helpful, personable reception staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Good shower. Adequate storage space for clothes. Good situation for eating places. Close to historical sites. Easy access and exit to road system.

The hotel was ideal for our short break, with a very good restaurant.

Clean room, only 1 bath towel for tow No shower gel had to ask to get filled up. Lower bar not open. Good location and easy parking, although a bit dear.

Room clean and correct temperature, breakfast was cooked well with many options available and the staff friendly and helpful.

Really nice, well-sized rooms. Very central hotel. Great breakfast with regional produce. Helpful staff and happy to store our luggage during the departure day. It has its own car park but there’s also a very good public one just a 3 minute walk away which was cheaper.

Great location and parking even though limited and chargeable. Hotel was great just shame some of other guests have no respect for other guests staying.

Ideally situated for a tourist weekend to Lincoln. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay in very nice hotel

Great location, clean rooms, decent breakfast. However, the air con in our room didn’t work and it took 5 times of us complaining for anything to be done (stayed during a heatwave and the room got to 28degrees)

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Staff are always welcoming, from the front desk to the housekeepers. Buffet breakfasts are one of the best we have ever had.

Friendly staff and spacious rooms, there is a great attention to detail with all the services we used. We didn’t use the restaurant but the bar staff were very high on service and make beautiful cocktails. There is a lovely bar on the top floor with views over the marina. Nice big comfortable bed in our room. The bathrooms are smart, the only criticism is that the temperature of the shower was a bit erratic. It’s nice that there is a safe and a kettle with tea and coffee also adequate plug sockets and access to WiFi. I would stay again if I can get a discounted rate. The car park was a bit pricey at £32 for 2 nights although it was very handy.

Excellent location, top buffet style breakfast and conviniently located for bars and restaurants.

Room okay but the air conditioning wasn’t good the breakfast was okay, but not enough tables or food out at one time and the pastries was stale
