No me respetaron la tarifa que marcaba el total Nos cobraron mas impuestos El elevador nunca funciona, las instalaciones muy viejas Ruido toda la noche como si arrastraran muebles pero es el elevador Reporte una fuga de agua y no la arreglaron Todo el dia tirando agua y el ruido Pesimo esta vez creo que voy a ver mas opciones la proxima vez que venga a MTY

Well located but the hotel is old and needs upkeeping

“The hotel is very well located — I went to a festival. The breakfast was very good, but the rooms do need some upgrades. They were only partially clean, like they need a deep cleaning, and the internet never worked.”

Lobby always occupied by persons not registered in the hotel. The elevator was not working, and you have to use the stairs with your luggage. The staff was not friendly. I will not be coming back.

The staff are nice. They also gave us 2 connecting rooms even when we had 2 different reservations. The food in the restaurant is also good.

El hotel esta bien, buena ubicación, lo unico es que 1 de los 2 elevadores no funciona es una chinga bajar y subir las maletas al llegar. Fuera de ahi todo bn. La alberca es pequeña

Tener sólo un elevador funcionando es muy complicado y lento

Staff was great, but one small elevator working for 17 floors that takes only 4 people. Buttons on certain floors didn't work to catch the elevator.

1 elevador para 17 pisos. Wifi débil. Desayuno muy mejorable (y muy caro).

Siempre es un placer quedarme en este hotel por su ubicación, atención e instancia.

Place feels overcrowded like there's too many people in the rooms. The day I arrived there were people laying down and sitting in the hallways like bums. During my entire stay there was only 1 elevator in service for a 17 floor hotel. To get on the elevator you had to stand around for 5-10 minutes and hope there was room to get on it. Lastly, the place has a bad musty smell, especially on some floors.

La ubicación es privilegiada, pero las instalaciones requieren actualizacion, olía a humedad. El personal fue excelente, atento y extremadamente amable. Si me volvería a quedar ahí por supuesto, pero se beneficiarían muchísimo con hacer algunas actualizaciones básicas

WiFi was terrible. Only worked on one device at a time and even then only about half the time at a very slow speed. Everything else was good but the WiFi really dampened the experience.

Excelente ubicación, lugares que visitar caminando y tiendas, limpieza en general y la tina excelente, ambiente en la alberca.
