Very functional. Don't expect the extras. But bed and shower are perfect.

The lobby staff are not so kind. Food court is fine. The housekeeping needs improvement. One of the two elevators was out of service. Long and slow check-in process

The hotel was close to restaurants, stores and tourist areas. But, the main elevator broke next day of arriving to the hotel and everybody had to use the stairs, this is not a good experience

Buen hotel, buen servicio. Tomando en cuenta de que esta en el centro de la cudad y muy muy cercas del Escenario GNP vale completamente la pena.

The room was dirty, the ceiling lights had no covers, our shower head was broken and we had no water. The property only has 1 elevator that is malfunctioning. It’s always super packed with men workers …definitely not choosing this property ever again

STAY AWAY!!!!! It is a cockroach infested (human and insect) bldg! The "clean towels" were still stained. (Chk your bed sheets) The pool was nasty. Elevator didnt work. The other one was "out of order". Full of "ppl" that clearly were not staying there. Did I mention the cockroaches?!?!

You get what you paid for. Location is good but the hotel is old. No AC and main elevator was not working. Took service elevator which took forever

Such a nice place to stay at , has everything needed

La habitación estaba limpia y en buenas condiciones. El desayuno buffet no es el mejor (le falta un poco más de variedad) pero está acorde al precio. El único detalle con el hotel es que solo un elevador funciona, y es insuficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes.

El lugar cumple con su conetudo orecio accesible ubicacikn centrica facil tomar uber. Pero si ya esta wn malas condiciones solo 1 elevador funcionando muy dificil subirby bajar las escaleras no estan accesibles . El personal suuuper amable. Cuenta con un estacionamiento a un lado que es publico. Cortesia del hotel.

Friendly staff , clean, and i like the fact the restaurant is right downstairs. The only down side is the elevator is too small and is allways saturated. I constantly rather use the stairs wich end up beeb faster. But i like the place and the location
