It’s too old, small and expensive for this hotel condition which you can a top notch condition hotel like Hyatt at the same price and same location

The hotel is very nice and the staff tries hard but their English isn't great so it can lead to some problems if you don't speak Chinese.

I enjoy the stay. Everything was fabulous.

Conveniently located in an area with restaurants, shopping centers and supermarkets all within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful, although not many are fluent in English. Breakfast buffet has a pretty good selection. Overall an enjoyable stay!

Had a great stay spent time with a friend. Shoping is great and easy to get to. Food choices are very very plentiful. From in hotel fine dinning to street food.Hotel staff were friendly helpfull . I would recommend this hotel and The city of Chongqing. But let a taxi do the driving

They took very good care of me...easy to arrange a car to/from the airport. Excellent breakfast. And the warm cookie upon Arrival was delivered with a smile.

Overall, the hotel was great, deposit was a little high tho, and if you're u don't have basic Chinese background, communication is a bit hard. English is very very limited, you will get by with no English, but expect a sign language fest. Adding a surcharge fine print next to "Free WIFI" also seems a bit dodgy, but wasn't too bad, lobby wifi is free.
