The property is located in a perfect place with easy access to parking. Staff is the best you could ask for. It has a small bar which is a very nice option. Breakfast is nice.

Will definitely stay here with my family for our next trip to Dallas!

Exceeded expectations

Clean rooms and great staff

Hotel and room were wonderful for our very brief visit. The carpet in the hallway had extra padding to help reduce noise and we never heard hallway noise in our room. Furnishings were lovely and the bed was comfortable. We loved the separate toilet room which would be great when traveling with the kids. The only hiccup was the lack of hot water. The front desk called us after we booked the room and let us know they were working on repairs but he assured us the work would be finished by morning. Unfortunately, the repairs were not quite finished and we had cold showers. So kudos to them for warning us but one star off for not completing the work in time.

Reasonable price. Very rude staff. Rooms were not serviced, and I was not told I had to ask. When I got in the shower, there was no shampoo or cream rinse. When I called down to get some, they said I had to go to the front desk. They wouldn't bring it up.

This hotel was wonderful for our family stay for a soccer game. Toni and Michael were absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and so helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean and beds are so comfortable. Well maintained.

We didn’t like the design of the room. The air conditioner, which is necessary, blew freezing air directly over the bed. Sleeping was miserable. I won’t stay there ever again

I was having surgery next door so it was more convenient but this place is well recommended very cleans and desk clerk was very nice and helpful
