Lovely hotel and great staff. Sadly a little noisy if your room face the street or your room is above the restaurant/bar terrace.

Secure bicycle parking was very nice! Room was quiet and comfortable. Cute restaurant and property.

Apart from being a great little hotel, with wonderful staff, delicious food and a good location, it has a zoo immediately behind it. I could hear some of the animals from my room, which was delightful.

Stayed here because it was close to a customer of mine. The restaurant (Magnolia) had a terrific breakfast and dinner was great also. Didn’t need to run all over for quality dining. I would have like air conditioning or screens on the doors. Did get a mosquito bite or two.

This place was great! They have pretty good restaurant and VERY good breakfast ( a bit overpriced , though). Nice rooms, clean spaces, free parking

There was a large car park next to the hotel, Wi-Fi worked, hot water flowed, coffee and tea-making facilities were available, quality and facilities of the hotel and rooms matched the price. I cannot fault anything major. Hotel next to the zoo garden. The zoo has a panda bear (maybe), which some zoos don't have immediately.

Room was very small, staff very friendly. The huiskamer was nice for hanging out at night. Plenty of parking. Housekeeping came every day and replenished coffee and tea. Loved dining at Magnolia.

On the plus side . Bed was very comfortable. On the negative side . I was misinformed that sauna didn’t work when it did . Also food portions in restaurant were minuscule . 3 mouthfuls and it was gone . Not a great deal for 18 euros plus . Also the lighting in the restaurant was so bad you can’t see what you’re eating . I also found receptionist who ‘dealt’ with the sauna issue was rude and abrupt . I was told someone was going to contact me about it but they didn’t

everything was excellent. The hotel has been nicely updated. Staff friendly and helpful. The only thin is that the breakfast I think is a little too expensive.

Had a nice lounge with bar and board games, ping pong, darts, and foosball. Nice restaurant with good atmosphere.

Great Hotel, very clean and had a really good night sleep. Lovely park to walk nearby.

The rooms are fairly small but clean and the bed is really comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean too. Excellent breakfast.

Cold place

Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was spacious for three people. Jetted tub was very nice and was enjoyed! Caution about not overloading the elevator. Also this triple room had another flight of stairs to ascend. Suggest providing three cups with coffee supplies. Overall nice stay!

Rooms compact but reasonably clean, small bathroom, but plenty of storage. The only hotel in the area. Breakfast was good, fair choice for the price
