The hotel was mordern, clean and my room was spacious with a nice view of the Basilica Santa Maria and some of the Castle. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated in an area where you can walk to most places and good transport links. I would definitely stay there again

I chose this hotel based on other reviews - I think I might have been reading a different hotels reviews! I booked a superior double room with a balcony. There was nothing superior about this room. It was very small with a double bed and a very large fold out bed which I didn't request. The room was tired and we had ants in the bathroom. The rooftop terrace was closed and breakfast was served around the corner in a little tavern, Actually breakfast was probably the best thing about our stay. There was also construction/demolition next door. When I went out on the balcony there were men on a lift chipping away at the bricks, quite awkward! Parking was awful too, we were told that they have a private car park just up the hill, if that one was full then we needed to use the public lot about 10 mins walk away. So we unloaded our cases took them to the room and then tried to find parking. Their private lot is for 6 cars only! Found the public parking and parked there for 2 days. The hotel will stamp your parking ticket so that you get a discount when you collect the car BUT we were not told about the cameras in the Town and the daily fees for driving through the Town until we checked out. €70 a day fine for driving up to the hotel and unloading. Thankfully we had a nice lady checking us out that mentioned this, she took our license plate and added it to the system and said that we should now be OK!! It would of been nice to told this when we checked in. Overall not a great stay!

Small rooms but clean and tidy.

Lovely staff who were extremely helpful with any questions we had. Good breakfast buffet and excellent location with great views from the room/terrace. Hotel room was a good size for 3 and was very clean.

We had a good stay at this hotel, it was everything we needed for a short stop over in Alicante. Completely walkable to anywhere you want to go in the city. The rooftop is a massive bonus!

Excellent location, near the beach and loads of place to drink and eat near the hotel. Great view of castle from room. For me best thing was very helpful staff and excellent service they provide. Also loads of perks like can leave bag after check out and use shower if you got late flights. I would definitely re book again.

Weird place, friendly staff. Lots of mosquitos in the room. Have to walk around the entire property to get to the elevator.

We arrived to a warm welcome our room was light and spotlessly clean. We stayed B+B breakfast was special everything was freshly cooked all cold dishes like fruit and salads were freshly prepared, perfect. A wonderful start to a perfect stay

Fantastic location, easy to walk to all the main attractions. room was perfect for us lovely and clean. if i came back i would defiantly use this hotel again.

The hotel location is very central and quiet since the traffic is very limited since it's a restricted area. The hotel is in a good condition and the double room I had was on the 3rd floor with a small balcony facing the little square where there's a church. The hotel has a terrace where breakfast is served and it was nice to go there a few times to work with my laptop from there. My expectations were not high since it's a 2-star hotel but I liked being there for 8 nights.

Lovely hotel, clean & modern. Our room had a lovely view of the castle & the church. It is a great location. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent location, close to the beach, bus and tram stops and many bars and restaurants. Hotel and room is very clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful and friendly. The room we had was a bit smaller than expected, however we didn't spend a lot of time in it anyway. No safe in the room. I Disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn't open while we were there as that's one of the reasons we booked it. Overall a great little hotel.

Adequate. Roomy appartment was let down by bathroom. Nothing superior about that. Temperature was unregulated on both shower and sink. Not fixed in the time we were there. No cold in shower meant it was too hot to shower, first day. No hw by end of stay.

It’s the 2nd time of staying there and will definitely be going back

Excellent location. Great roof terrace. Good all round choice. But the Old Town can be noisy at night
