Great wifi just a bit bad at night , good pool by size and temperature… amazing service, Jasim from the reception made our check in easy and pleasant, overall good experience

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floors were dirty, the bathroom had mildew, and there were stains on the bedding. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly, making for an uncomfortable stay. For the price I paid for the room, I expected much better service and accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. It is overpriced for the lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance. I will not be returning to Hotel CleaneSs in the future.

Very pleased to find a beautiful and clean property, equipped with everything we needed to have a great holiday. It is close to shopping, grocery, beach, tennis courts, golf range and has a perfect swimming pool. The staff was very helpful, friendly and passionate to have satisfied customers. Special thanks to Roxana who has provided excellent standards through our stay. Could not recommend this more!!!

It is a cheap place. I guess they do not enough people working there. One day we got to the room at 7:30pm and it has not been cleaned. The next day it was not cleaned at all. The bathroom odor was ugly. We saw cockroaches in the bedroom.

I used a economy room for a family of 4. The room was quite small with 2 single beds and one sofa bed. The quality of sofa bed could be better. Nevertheless the hotel offered clean bed sheets and towers and they were taking measurements against covid and the staff were very helpful.

We have stayed many times always having a villa. This time as normal we were very lucky and had very few neighbours and was lovely and quiet we find reception very helpful and any problem is ironed out immediately not that we have many problems

Liked the pool and the terrace. Not enough garden furniture for 5 people and kitchen was a bit sticky in places.

Arrived at 2.30am due to not being able to access our original hotel booking. Night reception were very helpful including putting us in a room where we could check out at midday instead of the usual 10am

Great place with great amneties and super close to the beach and restaurants. Just avoid the west facing rooms as they grt really hot in the afternoon/evening.

Good hotel, drivable distance from Pals and the beach. There is no staff post 3 pm so make sure you out in your room service request prior to that.

Very nice apartments with a good pool and garden area. Pretty quiet local area, would recommend having your own transport. Very helpful and friendly staff. One bad point was the wifi which was worse than useless. Would happily stay here again.

Comfortable accommodation. Helpful staff. Cleaners missed a day but managed to get clean towels from reception.

Room much bigger than expected and very clean. Very nice pool. Relatively close to the beach.

A neat, tidy and clean hotel but can be noisy and lacks soundproofing. Located on a main road which helps you find the hotel (address is more a hinderance than a help) and is adjacent to a supermarket, rotisserie takeaway and restaurant. Found the staff to be polite and helpful but not too familiar with English (but better than my Spanish!). Cleaners efficient and keep the apartments clean. We were self-catering and all the utensils were provided but we would have liked to see a kettle and toaster. Equipment, fixtures and fittings were adequate but looking jaded and tired, perhaps in need of refurbishment. Our ground floor apartment had a nice patio area and the pool was well kept and inviting. We didn't swim because the weather was too cold. Overall, a hotel we'd recommend but we don't consider it to be value for money but Spain isn't cheap thesedays.

Todo impecable, los departamentos tiene lo necesario. A la piscina le pongo un 7 de 10, algo turbia el agua.
