The front desk staff was amazing - accommodated luggage storage and early check in, took the time to make individualized dinner recommendations, and provided access to the gym and sauna accross the way. The hotel is also beautiful, clean, modern and well located. Would stay here any time I'm in Trondheim.

Big hotel with classy rooms and a great location close to the station. The breakfast and food were amazing and beautifully presented. I enjoyed the elegant lobby and attended a conference here — overall, an excellent experience at a reasonable price.

The rooms could use a bit of maintenance (floor scratched, bed board stuffing cracked) but everything else is top notch. The location is great (10 minutes from the train station), the breakfast options are incredible, the staff is very nice and helpful.

We only stayed one night while passing through to our next destination. Unfortunately, the shower leaked all its water into the bathroom floor and we had to rush to the airport that morning. I used the stopper so we could finish up. Management did not offer a discount when I let them know and we did not have time to discuss. Seemed like the area was very nice as it's a beautiful city.

The Hotel has a convenient location if you want to visit the Nidaros Dome. Only abt 15 min walk from the Hotel. The breakfast was something else! Facilities like light systems and TV in our rooms did not work well or not at all. Slow action when it came to repair, but the straff was very seviceminded and flexible in helping out.

Highly recommend the breakfast addition to the room, it is incredibly cheap for the massive amount of options you get. Got a sandwich and coffee at a local coffee shop and it cost more than the massive buffet they provide.

Could do better for 4* Room service waste left in hallway for days. Misleading images about the presence of a swimming pool. Baking hot rooms. Anti-social vehicle noise all night long.

The was the best breakfast we had in Norway. The variety and quality was excellent!! The receptionist, Emilie was amazing! Our luggage was delayed and she was so helpful trying to get the luggage to us! We would stay here again and highly recommend!!
