Friendly staff

Not quite the 5 stars it was, something has changed. Still a good place to stay.

The staff was amazing. Super friendly, helpful and just overall positive during every interaction. The room was clean with Fresh Linen extra toilet paper. The jacuzzi tub however did have some build up in the Jets that came out when they were turned on. The pool size is nice for when you take children deep enough to have fun in but not too deep that you feel like they're unsafe. But it did look like the pool needed some upkeep on it the edges were pretty worn down. But other than that it was an amazing experience

It was so loud that I didn't sleep for the 2 nights I was there!

Nice place. However I booked for 8 and they didn’t have covers for 8 people. The 2 queen beds and the 1 king bed had covers but the hide-a-bed in the sofa had no covers… so my boy had to sleep in a coat

Room was good I accidentally reserved a handicap room but they gladly switched for me. The complimentary breakfast I would not bother with.

Bathroom door was broke. So it wouldn’t stay shut. Also no hot water in the shower. It was like warm all the way turned up.

The biscuits and gravy were very good.
