Friendly service

The hotel seemed recently renovated and was very clean. However, the glass door handle of the shower was missing, leaving a hole through which water splashed outside during showers. I informed the front desk about this issue when I checked out today.

Clean, had A/C to beat the heat, friendly desk staff.

Room was with terrace and view on city. Was clean, well equipped, bed was comfortable.

Great last minute stop. Easy and efficient.

What I liked: parking, position, very large park nearby ideal if you have a dog. Room very spacious. What I didn't liked: bathroom without a shower (just a bathtub); poor breakfast without mono-portion (butter, marmelade, etc...).

We were disappointed, to say the least, when we arrived and were told they didn't have our reservations. We provided printouts of our Expedia reservations and it took them over an hour to get us rooms. There was no parking available near the hotel. Our only option was to park in a (pay for use) public lot 15 minutes' walk away. The rooms were fine and the breakfast was very good.

There is a Rekonstruktion nearby and it could be very loud when counting the big street in front of the building. The workers started working an 6:30am till 10pm. Although we requested a quite room, we got probably the most noisiest one although there were so many available room on the same floor

We came to Olomouc for just one night and settled on this hotel because it was equally distanced from our appointment and the city center. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was much better than we expected with a nice local flavor! Easy walk to a nice greenway and the restaurants, shopping and historical sights of downtown. About 150 cz by cab to the train station. Overall my expectations were exceeded!

Desk staff were great, with excellent English. Rooms are small, but efficient and well appointed. Quiet, upcoming neighborhood with excellent public transportation closeby.

15 min walk to the old town

It is a very nice and pleasured hotel. Good location and very clean! The staff is very friendly!
