It was taking more than 1 hour to check in, I got bad impression at the first. Also breakfast menu is not variable as I know you are 4 stars hotel but doesn't look like 4 stars. I am not recommending to stay in this hotel.

Staffs are really helpful. We arrived at 6 am, they provided us shower and early check in for free. What a surprise service.
