Safe place-24/7 Front Desk Plenty parking Very clean Quiet The best is the STAFF Cuisine could improve, then market restaurant. Restaurant is dark and drab. Change tablecloths to white or soft yellow. Make more attractive with simple live flower centerpieces and battery candles. Female servers in restaurant and bar need to be much more attentive. They only stop by the table to take and bring orders. They don’t check in betweens to check for your needs. It was hard to get their attention to pay the bill. These are reasons why the bar could be losing money. They serve drinks and never return to offer food or more drinks. Dramatic difference with hotel reception staff. Add more vases with live flowers in reception room too. I will return to hotel but avoid restaurant and bar.

Old building, every floor was tiled and noisy. Also we had no hot water.

Great location & view and great service!

Property is well taken care of, has a restaurant and bar, is walkable to town and the room was clean. The room had a nice balcony facing the street. Perfect for a one night stay.

Besides being conveniently located, the staff (Rodrigo and Marian) were just wonderful and helpful. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also nice.

Nice hotel, worth the price. Helpful staff (they helped book a couple of day trips when I arrived). At most a 4 minute walk to town.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and plenty of options from cereal, oatmeal, fruit, eggs, bread, waffles, juice and varies from one day to next.

Property was super clean, beds were nice and firm also clean and fresh. Everything was great.

The room was very nicely laid out and clean, the front desk and cleaning staff went above and beyond for us, and the air conditioning worked well. The only thing the room could use would be a fridge, but the front desk let us put leftover items in the fridge they had in the office, and even reheated our pizza for us the next day. We would definitely stay there again.

a little bit noisy in the rooms from the traffic of people. The sound and conversations travels into the rooms quite vivid. Otherwise is nice and clean. Good location, walking distance to the center of town.

Nice, clean, does not have elevator to upper floor. Not friendly for persons with some limitations.
