Walking distance to all amenities, shops cafes restaurants, especially the beach to see great views of sunrise and sunset

Hotel was convenient to walk from the bus station in Torrevieja if you were flying into Alicante Airport with a destination of Torrevieja. Beach was close by. Room has no kettle. Pillow could be upgraded. Room was very quiet

No bar in hotel - it would be nice to have one

A 3 day stay and the pool area was not open on the 3rd day , no sign to say it’s the end of season , there was a bar but also not open throughout the 3 days but full of dirty glasses on the side

The hotel was good but average facilities

Shower was excellent, staff were great, pity the bar was not open but there was a bar in the pool area open til 8. Short walk to beach and restaurants etc. Bit noisy in the front of the hotel at night as the dustbin men seem to come to empty bins several times in the middle of the night. Otherwise great location, nice clean hotel with lovely staff.

All staff we encountered at the hotel (reception, restaurant and cleaning) were very helpful and polite. To improve the rating of the hotel i would suggest new showers and new air conditioning (stayed in room 714)

The hotel is central so very convenient as a base to explore from.Room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable.

The hotel lived up to its three star rating and the cleanliness of the rooms and generally could not be faulted. Don't waste your money on having breakfast in-house.

Hotel is ideally located for the beach with a great local bar just a few yards away and a great little pastry cafe round the corner. The staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned to a good standard daily. As we stayed in May, the hotel bar and pool were never open. There was also noise from traffic or services (e.g bins being emptied) in the early morning, so get a room on a higher floor if possible.

Hotel in good location was clean, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The water that was left wasn’t replaced daily.

This my 4th stay. Heater was not working as the last two days was rain, the room was a bit chilly. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff are always welcoming and friendly.
