Stayed a night in a room on the hotel wing. Was told there's no water view from the hotel wing that's connectedto the casino side via a bridge on 4th floor. The room and furniture are a bit aged but clean. There's no free bottles water provided. We were given $20 to play in the casino and another $15 when we spent $10 or more on food in the casino. The casino also looks a bit aged (no nice looking toilets facilities) and quite empty on a Sunday night. Breakfast choices and prices in the casino are quite good. We had full hot breakfast for just about $10 (and $15 to gamble which we lost it all).
