A friendly place with helpful staff. Well located near to the beach and the main center of Alcudia. My main dislike (and not a big deal for me) is that the wall are a bit thin, A light sleeper might get disturbed by their neighbors.

The hotel and pool were spotlessly clean - both cleaned thorougly every day. All of the staff were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble - and the entertainment was great (my 16-year-olds loved it). The only downside was the sunbed/parasol situation. There are signs saying you aren't allowed to reserve them, but this isn't enforced and there's a stampede at 08.30 to go down and reserve them. If you aren't down by then, you stand very little chance of getting any shade.

Nice staff and service at the restaurant and reception.Buffet is limited and food is average.Room is fine but the main problem is the noise next to your room you can hear clearly the conversation, TV all the time so could not get a good sleep.

I stayed at the Sol de Alcudia Apartamentos with two friends. The staff were great and really friendly. The room was clean, had everything we needed and very well air conditioned. There were activities throughout the day which you could join in as and when you wanted - we particularly enjoyed the water Zumba!

Great location about 5 minute walk from the beach staff could not have been friendlier awesome entertainment the guy who ran it in the evening made such an effort to get everyone involved. The food served there was extremely good and reasonably priced in all I felt welcome from the moment I arrived to the moment I left it felt like a home away from home

Really lovely stay in Majorca, spacious and clean room and it had everything we needed. Good value for money and the staff were lovely.

We have a lovely experience, the Orel staff was so friendly and really made a fuss of the kids. We had breakfast each day which I thought was excellent value for money. We tried the weekly BBQ on Wednesday night which again was excellent.

Hotel is lovely, very modern. We stayed in one bedroom apt, which was very big and spacious, with a balcony. Ten mins from beautiful beach. Safe in bedroom wardrobe, cost 20 euros for nine nights. microwave, toaster, 2 ring hob, which you put kettle on , takes a while to boil, but no probs , just chill ! Hairdryer i the bathroom. Lovely large spacious living room with TV, not many English channels but there is a few. Sky News etc. Brilliant radio station on it with brill music to listen to . Kids channel. All staff are amazing , very polite and helpful ! 10 out of 10 . Maintenance staff on the ball within minutes to sort out any probs. Loved it , will go back next year ! AMAZING.

Close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants.

På plussiden var det utroligt sødt og hjælpsomt personale i receptionen både mht. seværdigheder, bus, transfer, billeje, osv. Hotellets beliggende er tæt på stranden, og der er Spar og andre indkøbsmuligheder tæt på. Værelset var fint og rent da vi kom og det var dejligt at der var et lille køkken. Vi havde pooludsigt og nød balkonen. Og poolområdet var godt, selvom vandet i poolen var ret koldt (september). På minussiden var der virkelig meget larm fra kl 20-23 fra eget hotel (underholdning med musik) og fra de to nærliggende hoteller HVER aften (vi var der 1 uge). Det var nærmest umuligt at få puttet børn i den larm. Derudover manglede der mørklægningsgardiner til soveværelset, rengøringen skiftede kun håndklæder, så vi manglede støvsugning allerede få dage efter ankomst,i køkkenet var der ikke opvaskebørste, sæbe eller viskestykke, så det måtte vi selv ud og købe. Og så er hotellet at ældre dato og virkede lidt slidt. Alt i alt et OK hotel til prisen, men vil ikke anbefale det med små/mindre børn der skal puttes tidligt pga. larmen.

Pups mit grölenden besoffene Engländern bis in die Nacht. Wenn der Nachbar über Handyspeaker telefoniert hat, konnte ich das Gespräch im Nachbarzimmer nicht mehr hören. Ab 7 Uhr würden die Zimmer gereinigt. Auch da war die Nacht spätestens vorbei. War schön oft am Ballermann im Hotel, selbst dort war es leiser.

Et virkelig dejligt hotel med en skøn atmosfære, et sødt og hjælpsomt personale og rigtig fine værelser og en lækker terasse. Fantastisk aircondition og dejligt køkken
