Very good hotel, good service, best staff, carry luggage for both check-in and check-out. There is a bathtub in the middle of the room. ** On the check-out day, I asked the staff if I could check out at 1:00 PM. It just so happened that my little sister had diarrhea, so the staff let me check out at 1:00 PM.**

The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel provides airport transfer every hour from hotel and every 15 minutes from the airport. Food was good in the hotel cafe.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, it's close to Suvarnabhumi airport, it's really comfortable for a staycation in Bangkok😎

Very bad. Had to pay extra because there was a child, even though it was stated when booking that there was a 9-year-old child. The price was charged hundreds more. Calling the app couldn't help. They just said it was the hotel's policy. If it was the hotel's policy, the app shouldn't have charged extra.
