Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot. Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch. Staff friendly.

Rooms are somewhat outdated, there may be a carpet stain here or there. The Staff is Super friendly, cheerful, practically everybody. And the food is absolutely 5 Star fantastic!

There was one comfortable pillow and one uncomfortable one. The bed comfort was OK but nothing compared to Hilton Marriott Sheraton or Westin bedding. Or even Melia

It's a lovely hotel, but needs a much needed refurbishment. The furniture is clunky,and too heavy for the room. The lifts are a nightmare and have been in poor state for years.

Excellent service. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist. A great experience!

They haven’t renovated the hotel in years ( 5 at least) and the buffet dinning and breakfast where poor in options.

Hotel di tutto rispetto sia come posizione che come servizio. Pulito ,silenzioso ,si mangia bene ed il personale è molto competente. Arredamento molto bello , solo gli infissi esterni denunciano l'età della struttura. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Everything has been absolutely great. Fantastic facilities and an even better service from every single member of the staff. From room service, to restaurants and swimming pool staff, reception, etc. Every person in the hotel ensued we had a fantastic time. Congratulations to all of them! Thank you so much! If we are back to fuerteventura we will definitely choose the same hotel

Stunning location right on the sand dunes. Easy drive from airport (30 minutes) and 10 minutes into Corralejo town. Hotel is beautiful if a little dated. Staff were amazing. Food was sensational, the best All-Inclusive food we have eaten. Only downside was there was no organised activities for the kids so there were lots of bored teenagers sitting on their phones. Would've been perfect if shared animation team with sister hotel Riu La Oliva. Highly recommend but take bigger clothes as you'll keep wanting to go back for more food breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hotel located on a beautiful large beach. Tough decorations are slightly dated, the room was clean and cleaned often, the staff very polite and accommodating. Food was plentiful and delicious. Nightly entertainment entertaining ;-). Especially thanks to Marta and Martin in the restaurant- always smiling, welcoming and helpful. Slywia welcomed us with clear instructions and was there to chec us out as well. Always smiling and helpful. We cannot say enough about the beautiful location. The beach that continues for kms and kms both north and south. Safe and clean. We look forward to returning soon.

Easy relaxing holiday in good beach front location. The hotel could do with some updating but is generally in good order and beds are comfortable - very clean. The staff are very friendly upbeat and helpful. Food is plentiful and something for everyone.

Overall the hotel is very good, but some room for improvement with the pool area needing attention, lots of sun bed hogging, very hard beds, but they will provide a topper if you ask. The best part is the staff, all super friendly and efficient, food ok too.

We had a great stay here and I thought the staff were excellent, all so friendly and attentive and that is what made the difference. The Hotel could do with a little updating and although we were there as a family it seemed to suit adults more. Location is great with lovely beach views.
