I spent three nights at the Classy hotels, and what stood out the most was the incredible hospitality. All the staff at both Classy Boutique Hotel and Classy Central Hotel were exceptionally warm, helpful, and genuinely sincere. Christina, Tommy, Tuan, and everyone else who took care of us—thank you so much for making our stay so memorable! About a month before my trip, Christina contacted me in advance to check my arrival time and helped arrange our Ninh Binh day trip. The price was very reasonable, and she was incredibly accommodating. Since I couldn’t make a bank transfer before arriving in Vietnam, she kindly allowed me to pay after I arrived at 9:30 PM, even though our trip was the next morning at 7:00 AM. I really appreciated the management's flexibility and understanding. We were also lucky to experience both hotels during our stay, including the newly opened Classy Central Hotel. Tuan and other staff at the hotel also helped us rent a motorbike at a very affordable price, which made everything so much easier. Both hotels were clean, comfortable, spacious, and offered great value for money. What I appreciated most was the genuine hospitality. Even when it was time to leave, Tuan and the other staff kindly saw us off and made sure we were well taken care of until the very end. I highly recommend both Classy Boutique Hotel and Classy Central Hotel. If you’re visiting Hanoi, definitely consider staying here. You’ll get a comfortable hotel, but more importantly, you’ll experience some of the warmest hospitality we received during our trip. ❤️ I’m already looking forward to returning to Hanoi, and these hotels will definitely be my first choice!

I live in Saigon, and every time I go to Hanoi, I'm most worried about the service there. But this time, I accidentally booked a hotel that I absolutely loved. All the staff were enthusiastic, friendly, polite, and considerate of the guests. The room wasn't huge, but it was just right. The mattress was comfortable. I slept well. The only downside was that the bed linens hadn't been changed in a while, so they had a slight old fabric smell. Partly because my nose is too sensitive. And the hairdryer was a bit weak. Otherwise, everything was absolutely fantastic. The water pressure was strong, making for a great shower 😄.
