Staff is all polite and friendly. The room is okay and clean.

I feel being ripped off. I was asking how could I get a taxi to T-3 and the Front Desk told me that we have a facility and it cost me 900 Rupee. I thought it is going to be an official Ibis car but what a surprise it was a normal taxi where the officer just stop it for me which I could pay only 300 Rupee the most. Next time just walk 10 meters across the hotel and wait for a taxi.

The room was fairly small, I had to take my luggage all by myself to my room via trolley, the bathroom reminds me of a budget hotel I stayed in Indonesia and I had to iron my clothes in a commonplace! I requested a check-out at 2 pm and they agreed and updated my room card but when I arrived there by 1.45 pm, my card was blocked. I had to come all the down twice as there was an issue with the card again&again as the common telephone next to the lift were faulty as well...

The hotel location is close to Aerocity train station, one station from Delhi airport. 10 minutes walk. The breakfast menu is dominated by Indian cuisine. The restaurant waiter is friendly, one of them is named Ajay.

Near the airport and there is a pickup facility, the room is clean but not given a toothbrush and slippers there is only soap and shampoo. The breakfast is various and worth it according to the price that is affordable for the aerocity area.
