Friendly, enthusiastic staff, attentive to customer support!

Super bad room. Dirty drain, dirty bathtub, old shower spray. Price over 1 million a night is not worth it. If business is not good, then don't do business anymore. Too bad. Power outage in the room in the middle of the night, in the warehouse outside the hallway the lights were on. It took an hour for the power to come back on. Too bad.

The hotel is centrally located. There is no underground parking outside. The room is over 1 million but it's too bad. The bathtub's drain button was broken, so I had to call the receptionist to send someone to fix it. Someone went up and repaired the exhaust cover. The tub is dirty and stained. Toilet is difficult to press the flush button. I pressed until my hand hurt. They said to replace the toilet with a new one. The faucet to wash the face is broken :))))) The bed makes a squeaky sound, and when a man turns around, it's okay:)) Inconvenient. Buffet breakfast includes chicken vermicelli, noodles, and noodles. A perfect package of noodles is divided into 2. The chicken is shredded into several pieces :)))))....!! The other dishes are also normal. The kitchen lady kept looking at me. I don't like it at all. Poor soundproofing room. But I don't really recommend it. Because the experience was not very good for me.

The hotel is very ok. The room is a bit small but nice. Fully equipped, personal equipment is also very thoughtfully prepared. Breakfast is very ok compared to the price. The location is right in the center, easy to get around. Will definitely come back.

My wife stayed here for the second time this year and was very impressed with the hotel's service, very thoughtful and meticulous down to the smallest details such as hairpins and shower gel in the room's Wc. Hope to come back here many more times.
