Not a 4 star!!!’ Wowo who got paid off for that at best 2.5 star The staff tried with what they had to work with Unfortunately there was nothing !!! Not a blanket in the room Really? Just soooo borderline dumpy

Very clean and spacious room. Room was on second floor and no lift. Bed was a bit hard.

Very clean room. Very good breakfast. The spa is just a bath with jacuzzi with extra charge. It is in fact 3 star hotel.

This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes. It's not something the hotel has any control over, but it's something to keep in mind if you're not used to driving in that area. The area is not walkable, so you will likely have to drive to dining options, but there are plenty of delicious restaurants close by. Great hotel!

It should not be categorised as 4 star….. this hotel doesn’t even have basics like Restaurants or Bar….. although good for overnight stay !!

Hotel Plana is a beautiful hotel, and we really enjoyed the room we stayed in. The area around the hotel isn’t great, but it was a perfect stop for being in between places. The breakfast was delicious and the service was good!! The bathroom was spacious & the color changing lights in the shower were fun.

The staff are amazing. They gave us a friendly welcome and looked after us very well. The breakfast lounge in the lower ground floor is immaculate and the food was really nice. Everyone we met from reception to dining room staff and the staff working on the rooms were very friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful location easy access to the Palace and grounds. Loved the mood lighting especially in the shower. Breakfast was great.

I would like to say that I could not be more pleased with the service, attention and assistance that I received from the staff of the Hotel Plana throughout my stay. Although the accommodations were pre-paid, I received an excellent level of service and attention throughout my abbreviated stay. The Hotel was clean, modern and well maintained, while the care shown by the Hotel Staff was simply outstanding. As a traveller from North America, I am not familiar with some of the different ways in which things are done or get done. Whatever my "problem", the staff went out of its way to be helpful and to resolve whatever challenge I was encountering. This was particularly impressive to me since, as a pre-paid client, "the money was in the bank" already. This very helpful demeanor showed the staff's high level of professionalism and a genuine concern for its clientele. This is quite refreshing in this day and age. I cannot compliment the staff enough.

The hotel is close to Caserta Central Station, but the walk to the hotel is terrible, even though it is so close because there are no sidewalks, and cars rush by in both directions. So during our two day visit, we took taxis to and from the hotel. The hotel workers were great, so friendly and helpful, and they spoke English, as well. The interior is rather romantic with colored lights that can be changed with a remote, and some rooms even have round beds, so if you are looking for romance in Caserta, this might be for you. I was just on a short trip, and the hotel worked for me, as well. The breakfast had everything you could want to eat in the morning and more!!

Hotel was great, service was good, breakfast was excellent. Neighborhood was a bit dark and deserted, but that is the outskirts of Caserta in a nutshell. It was on a backstreet that had no real safe way to walk, but that is much of Italy in a nutshell as well. If you are used to Italy, this hotel is a gem.
