Nice hotel with professional staff and great location. Right on the promenade across from the beach. Bar staff was a little overwhelmed at times, but adequate. Limited hotel parking is an understatement, there are 4 spaces. You’re on the street otherwise, but there is parking in the area. Our room, 5th floor, was billed as a full sea view room. But we were on the north end of the tower and our view was partially obstructed by the lower wing roof. Probably not an issue on floors 7 and above. The pool area is nice with quite decent entertainment at night.

We stayed for 4 nights half board basis. 2 adults 1 child. Facilities are great. Right next to the beach, shops, restaurants. Only minor complaint was the pool water was too cold to swim in and evening entertainment went on until midnight. Would recommend and go back.

There was no parking, had to move the car several times just to check in. The area of town was not what we expected - it had a very drunk, casino vibe. Staff at check in were not helpful. She told us we had been upgraded, but when we got to the room it was horrible - the view was of the roof of another building and it was dirty - it was not an upgrade. Inside hotel was stuffy and hot, everything felt sticky. It also did not feel safe, and was not comfortable, it was run down, overcrowded, and dirty. We did not even end up staying there due to the bad vibe. We left and found a different hotel for that night. Very disappointing and not worth the price at all. Thankfully we only booked it for one night and not the full week.

Excellent location, food, entertainment, kids club, events, bar team, and overall staff. One of the best resort staffs from a friendliness and guest satisfaction perspective.

Very nice hotel. Great pools, nice room with fantastic view of the beach .Best of all was the service from all the staff. Very friendly and very fast! Nicely placed in the middle of the Bay and close to very pretty local towns.

I have never felt more uncomfortable at a hotel in my life!! this hotel basically caters to Germans only. no offence- but beyond rude and judgemental! Beach is beautiful but the restaurants surrounding are awful, German or British owned that do not know how to make a pizza if they tried. Yuck Stay in Palma, the south or even north in Mallorca if you want to have an authentic mallorcan experience!!

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. Well laid out and maintained and the main pool was great. we went for breakfast only which was the best choice as there were several lovely restaurants around. Would reccomend "La Sangria restaurant". Hotel Staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke English. Rooms were a good size with Beautiful sea views and cleaned daily. No real faults other than to say the toddler pool wasn't the cleanest. We never used it and our daughter came on leaps and bounds in the bigger pool. Overall an excellent hotel

Great Hotel, the most customer focused staff I have ever encountered. Big smiles from the fabulous breakfast chef cooking to order omelettes, pancakes, fried eggs etc, to the lady who turns back your bed and leaves a chocolate on your pillow. Lovely position on beach front. There are a lot of German guests but no problem, maybe a little weak on entertainment but I would highly recommend and certainly return. Well done to the management for a good job all round.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super -direkt beim Strand. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sind in einem schönem Zustand. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr kinderfreundlich. Der Spabereich hat leider nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel CM Castell de Mar! The location is absolutely perfect — right in front of one of the most stunning beaches in Mallorca, with direct access to the sea and breathtaking views. The staff truly stand out: everyone was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s definitely worth booking with dinner included. The hotel’s cuisine is excellent, offering a wide variety of well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and flavors that please all tastes — including the kids. The spa is also a highlight: well-equipped, relaxing, and with a great atmosphere. A big plus is that children are allowed until 6:00 PM, which is perfect for families who want to enjoy it together. Without a doubt, CM Castell de Mar is a fantastic choice for those looking for comfort, great food, attentive service, and a privileged beachfront location. A hotel that truly knows how to welcome families with care and quality. Highly recommended!

Idéalement situé sur le front de mer le CM Castel del mar vous apportera tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. La façade vous semblera peut être un peu « vintage » mais l’équipement, la gentillesse du personnel et la qualité de la nourriture vous feront vite oublier cet aspect. Par ailleurs le rapport prix / prestation est vraiment très bien. Allez y les yeux fermés vous ne pouvez pas être déçu.
