This Hotel is modern and verey very well maintained, it is quiet and is a short stroll to the main town

we walked 10 minutes into town and had dinner by the water. It was amazing and beautiful. The room was clean and comfy. We used the pool before we realized they had the infinity pool. Service was excellent at the bar. Loved it! Definitely do this one again! Location is breathtaking!

We stayed in the off season mid March so the hotel was quiet. Given that we were two of a handful of guests the staff especially Claudia in the bar and restaurant were very attentive and helped us make our stay easy. The staff even helped with renting us bikes having a masseuse brought in for just us in the spa. Again during the busy season this would all be normal and expected. Lastly the manager went out of his way to help get us on the train that we were late for. Great hotel and the food and service was excellent.

Absolute gem in Porto Ercole. Each and every member of the staff were outstanding, truly cared about our experience. The resort is beautifully decorated, beds and pillows were amazing! Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect location Great service Nice facility

This is a 3* hotel at most - definitely not a 5 star hotel. Be aware that is is right on a busy road so you have traffic noise non stop- also on the 3rd floor rooftop pool. The pool area is tiny, the lounge chairs old and worn. Breakfast is a sad selection of defrosted pastries. What they call their ‚spa‘ is a dark basement without any atmosphere. Definitely not worth the money they charge per night.

We were on a road trip and it was just a coincident that we chose to stay at the A Point Porto Ercole Resort & Spa for a couple of days on the trip. We had decided to find a hotel in the area and just browsed hotels on Hotels.com. We liked the pictures we saw from the hotel and the facilities they seemed to offer, however we were rather skeptical choosing it because of the guest ratings it had at Hotels.com but nevertheless we decided to take a chance. We were extremly happy with our stay there, for multiple reasons. From the minute we got there and till the end of our stay the whole staff and the manager of the hotel were just so friendly and helpful in every way possible. Great restaurant on the roof terrace by the pool, with excellent food and even more excellent service. The reception staff helped with finding dog friendly beaches and gave us local tips for things to see and visit. We had our dog with us and unfortunately he had some health issues we wanted a vet to look at and the manager helped is finding and booking time with a great vet in the area. We spent a lot of our stay by the lovely pool with a great view and a pool bar next to it that served drinks and light snacks. The room was very spacious, with a large terrace. Very comfortable bed, nice interior design and clean. The hotel, all common areas and room was very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend staying at this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

This place was honestly incredible and everything the pictures and description says it will be. Staff are super friendly and willing to go above and beyond - we called the cleaners ninjas because they cleaned our room whenever we left - unlike many hotels which will wake you etc. restaurant is amazing and the bartenders nailed every cocktail we tried. If I had one complaint that’s not a complaint it’s that on weekends the infinity pool can be busy as it is a rooftop pool so go early. The second pool is nice to swim in anyway if there aren’t beds by the rooftop. Was the highlight of our trip staying here.

Friendly staff, 5 min to port, nnice roof top pool and convenient parking - appreciated in porto ercolo. Perhaps a bit tacky design in the lobby. But roof top iss nice as well as rooms and bathrooms.

Monte Argentario is captivating and this hotel gave us a great stay. Love the breakfast buffet. Staff was extremely accommodating.

After a fantastic 6 days in Italy we wanted to stay somewhere relaxing before our flight from Rome (1 hr 40 min) drive from Rome. This hotel didn’t disappoint it was clean modern comfortable a f staff were superb. I would recommend this hotel highly

Pleasant and efficient hotel close to attractive Porto Ercole. Rooms overlooking main road are a little noisy if doors are open. Excellent breakfast

This is a mixed review as we booked this hotel for its pool after a few hot days in Rome sight seeing. However the entire 3 days we were there the pool was out of order. The good things are that the room was clean and modern as advertised. The reception was friendly. The aircon was efficient and quiet. The cons were as above re the pool. The manager was apologetic and offered us a swimming pool in a duster hotel 4 km away which was no good to us. They offered spa treatments which we did not want. In the end we got free drink vouchers which we did not use for the reason below. The waiting staff at breakfast and evening were poorly trained and they just ignored you when u tried to order something. In the evening we sat in the roof top bar for 20 min with no one taking our order. In the end we just left! This is a shame as this has the making of s good hotel but let down by the staff.

This is the best hotel ever. We loved it so much we want to plan another trip so we can come back to this location. Best ever.

The staff at the front desk is horrible. The hosted happy hour is confusing. All amenities were under construction and the pool was not usable. The breakfast and breakfast staff was great. The hotel is trying too hard to be modern and cool but missed the first step which is service. The staff had no recommendations. The town is amazing and we will be back but would never stay here again.

I only give a 3 star for the hotel

The pool was fantastic! The room was very nice and the staff were great especially the ladies that worked at the spa. The bed was a bit on the hard side, it would be great if you offered a pillow topper for the be for those of us that like a softer bed.
