Love my room layout! The decor, high dome ceiling and chandeliers, walking closet, second tub with shower, the automatic toilet, the big round jacuzzi tub with the view, the soft light robes and the comfy slippers. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was not up to par. Had to called multiple times to get some service. Wish the hotel have. Full service nice looking bar over looking the lake while enjoy the afternoon tea or cocktails, and a convenience store to buy some necessity like snacks, etc.

We stayed here for a few days right after the height of Golden Week. It was quite empty and we felt as if we had the run of the place. We were the only ones who ate in the Western restaurant for lunch and dinner for 3 days. The food was quite good! The breakfast buffet was pretty good and had enough western options to keep me satisfied. My wife loved the noodle station. For lunch/dinner I recommend the burger, club sandwich, fries, bolognese, and everything on the al a carte menu (except the steak). On the weekend there was a fantastic dinner buffet that had so many choices! Unlimited beer/wine/food all for 168RMB each! They had awesome dessert options and lots of different things to try. My wife loved the seafood baskets! The rooms were spacious, we had great massages, and the grounds are very large. Sadly it was raining so we didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice. Staff was friendly and a few of them spoke a little English. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back if we are in the area again.

The hotel complex is huge. My first room was very nice as far as the furniture etc, but the carpet was marked, stained and looks "dirty". I was moved to another room, but this involved a very long trek to the breakfast restaurant which is difficult to locate. Staff were friendly and helpful. The carpet in the second room was also marked, but not quite as bad. The problem with having beige coloured carpets is marks show.

money for everything...need to pay for table tennis,billiards etc...

The hotel is located very far out from the city center of Qingyuan, but that was exactly the reason why we chose this hotel as it was very quiet and perfect for a secluded weekend getaway. The hotel is situated next to a lake, as part of a private development of villas and golf resort. It was well managed, extremely spacious and new. All hotel facilities are in good condition, staff are very friendly and helpful. As we stayed during a public holiday, the hotel was fully booked so all public spaces were rather noisy and filled with young children, but this was hardly the hotel's fault. Highly recommended if you have a car and wish to spend more time within the complex of the hotel.

Great hotel if you want to relax in quiet location

It would be difficult to find a hotel of this Sheraton's luxury for the price paid in early May). The grounds are enormous, containing a good size man-made lake and the structures, rooms, etc. are of high quality though it's attempt to reflect a Middle Eastern theme is tenuous. The service is not on par with its five-star structure, primarily because the hotel is enormous and not well occupied, resulting in an inadequately retained staff, even as the personnel there exerts it's best effort. The location is isolated with little surrounding commerce, made up for in part by the hotel's availability of spa, swimming,, game room, etc. facilities. If you need to go to Qingyuan, this is the place to consider.

It's in the middle of nowhere, but a beautiful property. Great staff, clean, super reasonable but food is not top quality. Mr. Tommy is the General Manager at the front, and is the most helpful person there who speaks English.

我們這一家，有一半返自加拿大，專程回來團聚，共訂6個房，應該8個房。 分散入住第一及第二楝，住21樓層的(地下)，三個房都有嚴重發霉味。 被逼搬離酒店到外面找地方分開住，我們換房及等候，再搬走，浪費了寶貴的半天時間。

數個房間有發霉氣味，而且見到牆壁有發霉爛，第二揀及第一梀一層位置。 最終沒房換，要我們家庭聚會另一成員到其他酒店住宿，我訂了6個房，有一半不適合住宿，我家成員有一半返自加拿大，此次十分令人失望，並令我損失了半天的活動時間去辦理居住問題

房間浴室洗手盤漏水、玻璃浴屏門不能全關、套房只有暖氣、每天早上十時多酒店職員便會不停拍門話要執房、打電話去前台通常都要打2、3次才會有人接聽

5센티짜리 초대형 바퀴벌레를 보는 순간부터 체크아웃할때까지 빨리 집으로 돌아가고 싶다는 생개뿐이었습니다. 중동풍음악, 로비에서 문열어주시는 아랍분들에 대한 기억은 좋았는데 전체적으로 리모델링이 필요한 리조트입니다. 에어컨 곰팡이냄새 또한 최악입니다.

非常好的酒店，喜来登度假酒店就是好，食物也非常新鲜和好吃。谢谢。

반려동물과 함께 할수 있는 즐거운 여행, 호텔 근처에 아직 입주가 안된 빌라촌과 빌라촌 상업지구가 있어 마치 센과치히로 처럼 문 닫은 테마 파크를 산책하는 기분이다.

酒店非常舒適，房間大，面向湖景，景色優美，前台服務很好，自助早餐豐富，晚餐於中餐廳用餐，非常美味，服務員很好。下次會再度入住。

It's a wonderful place. Arab style, convenient parking, wonderful room(I was staying in a B-Duck theme room, my kids love them a lot).
