Several hotel guests walked in with muddy boots. No staff bothered to clean the hallway even 3 hours later

When our guests left the hotel there was no staff person present. Since they had paid cash for amrnities when they checked in (,they do not have a credit card) they fid not receive their $100 back. What is the plan to have that refunded ,?

There was a hot breakfast with bacon, hasbrowns and omelets which was great! And a nice variety of cold. Super great for the price. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Dusty drawers, ect. Room also had fridge and a freezer which was nice!

Stayed while working in the area. Hotel was clean, friendly and suitable. Good value for price. I appreciated the staff quick response to the youths who were loud and disruptive in the halls. Especially after 10pm.

I was failed to be imformed that the days in in chetwynd bc did not have hot water

No hot water. Dirty sheets had to ask for another set

The hand lotion to be lower or on the counter , over all everything was excellent, staff, cleanliness, morning breakfast was fully stock, clean tables and counters! Perfect

Waited for 20 mins to have a staff member show up at the front desk to check in. Did not have a shower curtain in bathroom.
