Very friendly staff . The door man we amazing helpful and polite. Very positive experience even though I arrived at 3 am in the morning.

The room was nice and clean, but the AC in the suite wasn't working despite multiple complaints. Although they changed rooms, the issue persisted. Eventually, they provided a portable fan as a workaround. This seems like a serious concern that needs attention. Apart from the AC, everything else was fine.

Great stay

Overall experience is good.but swimming pool is not up to the mark.

Staff behavior is top notch. Food is excellent with good options. Property is small but well maintained. Enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed for 2 nights and our stay was very comfortable. We had breakfast included in the package so starting the day was a breeze with a good spread of buffet breakfast. The room was well equipped and comfortable with a comfy bed. The staff were attentive and responsive. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel.

The staff is polite but doesn’t follow all instructions, food is average, variety in breakfast is limited compared to other equal quality hotels. Furniture is looking and feeling old.. either they have to upgrade / reduce the coat. over all, can get a much better property for this rate..

The first room that was allotted has several issues related to the AC and Wi-Fi. When they moved us to the other room, where the TV wifi again was not working, again. Oh and btw, to get any changes or fixes you’ve to call the reception a 100 times. Even after telling them so many times, they didn’t send anyone to fix the TV. They say that they have OTT platform to enhance guest entertainment during the stay but let me tell you none of them works. And their engineer takes hours to first, arrive and second, whatever he does, doesn’t really help. Think twice before staying here.

I checked in around midnight on the 23rd and checked out on the 25th. The property was good; the facilities were neat. The staff was very courteous too. I paid for dinner and breakfast in my reservation, and the front desk staff were nice to extend the credit to in-room dining. But! Two aspects (maybe three) of my visit turned the whole experience into something terrible! 1.) The night we checked in, we ordered a meal for in-room dining. One of the curries we ordered was stale! We could easily sense that it had been kept out for a long time and could not be consumed. We returned it and ordered a lentil soup instead. 2.) In the room we stayed in, I noticed a cockroach! The hotel must really revise its disinfestation protocols! 3.) The breakfast spread was very good; varied cuisine representing North Indian and South Indian options, breads, eggs, etc AND quite tasty too! Options to choose from 4-5 drinks - juices, shakes, etc. As I was jet-lagged, when I wanted to have coffee before the breakfast was ready, the staff were gracious. BUT! The drinks in breakfast weren’t chilled! I mention this exceptionally, because The day I checked out, I had a bad case of gastro-infection. I luckily found a good doctor who did a good diagnosis and treatment, but I suffered for two days of my family vacation. This is quite disappointing for a hotel of this standard, and I am certain that the reason for my getting ill was the food at the hotel, because I didn’t consume anything outside

All employees were great Great place for the price Nirmal in kitchen was very very good But all other employees were very good Every time I had a problem or request they promptly solved it. I am from USA , This place is just great for the price. I will stay here again

Excellent hospitality

The shaft from above fell on my mothers head- she moved out right in time. This could have been a life threatening situation. The hotel has no proper management and is not ready to take responsibility for their mistakes. House keeping department is pathetic.

Terrible stay- AC food didin’t cool even after repeatedly asking the front desk to fix it, safe didn’t work ( they didn’t even bother to fix it), there was hair on the carpet, towels were old and shredding. No one seems to be responsible for anything. Don’t stay here.

Stay was okay but not to the standard of a 5star hotel

The staff was stellar. Rajat and his peers who manage the check-in and front desk processes were attentive, went out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant and helped me with every ask / request I had. I highly recommend the DT Hilton in Sector 56, Gurgaon. A compact hotel with great service, stellar staff and a great location.
