It was a beautiful hotel with comfortable accommodations! The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Loved the pisco sour class they offered which allowed us to learn how to make our own delicious cocktails.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved the family room they upgraded us too and was delighted to receive a tray full of delicious desserts! Very close to the square just 3 mins walking distance. Area is safe and would definitely recommend and stay here again

Rooms are described as sound proof but are not. We were upgraded to the colonial upon arrival but after 1 night we asked for a different room because we heard all the noises coming form outside the window and inside the hotel. I explained that I booked because it describes the room as sound proof - given all the honking and yelling outside it was important to us. The staff member explained that there are no sound proof rooms but offered us to switch to another room towards the back of the hotel. Although it was quieter inside the hotel at the back, we still heard all the honking, music and yelling from the window. It shouldn’t be described as sound proof if it’s not! Otherwise the hotel is in a great location and breakfast is delicious. Be warned, only filter coffee is included so if you want a cappuccino, it’s an extra 19 soles.

Great location in centre of Cusco near all the sites. Lovely hotel, great staff. Only 2 issues were breakfast was very limited, so I went out to eat at one of the excellent local breakfast restaurants nearby each day. Secondly the hotel recommended using Planet Peru for excursions who I would strongly advise not to use overpriced & disorganised.

Value hotel. Not top notch. The staff is very helpful. Good for short stays.

We traveled with a service dog and at check in they gave us a hard time in order to pay extra. Certified service dogs do not pay extra. They got it in the end. But long check in. Other than that the stay was good and the location was great.

Our stay was split before and after completing Machu Picchu. The second room was high quality, but the first one had very poor sound insulation, and not as nice as in the pictures. We also used the laundry service, and unfortunately our new shoes were tumble-dried, which changed their color. I would not recommend this service. The hotel still charged us and did not offer an apology. Aside from this, the staff were generally helpful and the rooms were clean.

The location was perfect---tucked away from the business of city center, yet only 2 blocks away from everything. The service was Impeccable! Every staff member was friendly, helpful and inviting. We enjoyed staying here so much the first week we returned after our trek. In addition, they stored out luggage safely during the trek for free. Food was also, very tasteful and plentiful. Highly recommend.
