Estuvimos hospedados 6 dias y tuvimos una Excelente experiencia. Desde el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel hasta el check out, la atención fue muy buena, tanto en Recepción, como en el Restaurante y personal de limpieza. Nuestra estadía fue muy agradable. Disfrutamos mucho nuestro tiempo allí. ¡Totalmente recomendable! Gracias a Lesly en Recepción, Maria y Danitza en el restaurante, Arnulfo en el transporte desde el aeropuerto.

Clean and staff very nice

It was ok! Was charged an additional fee for when we arrived. My recommendation would be to arrange for transport and travel to Zorritos or Punta Sal. There’s nothing at the hotel or the area.

Room very clean..hot water for shower only tepid . .no plug for wash basin so lots of wasted water when shaving etc ...and worst of all the room safe not screwed into the wall .. anyone could easily walk out of the hotel with our passport and valubles breakfast first class with very hard working and attentive staff

Mucho por mejorar Cada año van empeorando y no tiene buen mantenimiento

el personal es excelente, doy una recomendacion no es reclamo es solo una humulde opinion, el desayuno haganlo simple porque la gente no se comporta se come todo como que fueran naufragos y tambien desperdician, es decir no se comen todo lo del plato, los meseros hacen lo mejor posible pero los latinos sin limites no funcionamos, un buen desayuno con cafe leche pan y huevo mas que suficiente.

Excellent service with a surprise upgrade

The room had a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. It was reported to reception, and they only apologized. No action was taken.

I had some issues with the air conditioning in my room. Although the technicians did their best to fix it, the solution wasn’t completely satisfactory. Nevertheless, I truly appreciate their effort and willingness to help.

The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and the main town square. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options for most diets.

Todo estuvo bien

Really nice staff. I was there in January 2025 and unfortunately came down with flu. I had to stay an extra 4 days and there was no problem extending. I needed plain food and room service and the staff were lovely. They would even go fill up my water bottle for me. Cristian was particularly nice. Breakfast was delicious and I had a few other good meals too. I liked how the hotel was linked to the shopping mall. Made visiting the farmacia and other necessary shops really easy.

Buen hotel buena atención, solo algo de bulla estábamos cerca de la piscina y hubo karaoke por San Valentín, pero fue tolerable

Very noisy as next to the plaza. Free drink was water. Breakfast both days left something to be desired. First day we came at 9am. Everything was empty from food to glasses to bowls. Second day we had to leave early so had breakfast at 7am thinking that since we were there early things would be better. Yes everything was filled but everything was stone cold. They just opened so why was everything cold. We hardly ate anything. Who wants cold scrambled eggs and wieners for breakfast. Very disappointing for sure. Will not be back.
