Staff were so friendly! Very convenient location and breakfast was excellent!

The location would be very good but there are MAJOR roadworks happening which is why the price was probably lower than usual. Not the hotels fault of course but it did have an impact. The biggest disappointment was walking into the bathroom and finding pieces of toilet roll attached to the toilet brush. It was the first thing I noticed so that was quite bad. Also the heating system in the room made a ticking noise on and off. The room itself is bright and nicely decorated and a great size. Breakfast is excellent as always and I can’t fault the staff as they are super friendly and kind.

The property was so clean and spacious! It was so quiet in our room and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!

To get to the hotel one has to walk thru a tunnel when arriving by train, at dark not the nicest thing to do. However the hotel is excellent, very nice. clean and modern facility, great breakfast, nice rooms. If walking thru the tunnel, at the end of it go right away up to the street level above, do not walk along the street car track divider to the next crossing of the street. You can also by pass the tunnel by going thru the station corridor and up to the street above..

Clean. Quiet. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Wonderful breakfast. Great service.

Functional hotel within walking distance for town centre.

the check in was quick the staff were friendly my room was excellent with good views the bed was very comfortable the kettle and tea/coffee was very welcome i had a very enjoyable stay

Good location, spacious rooms

I've stayed here a few times. It is very convenient to the train station, and remarkably quiet. Staff was pleasant and professional. The rooms have fun, interesting designs, and are very well done. This trip, housekeeping seemed a bit off their game. One of the bed skirts was dirty, and the floor was a little dusty. Overall, though, a pleasant place. I hope to stay here again.

Overall, its ok. The staff is friendly and attentive. The place looks nice and quite comfortable. BUT if you need a dark room in order to sleep well in summer, this is not your hotel. The curtains are far from being blackout! So its bright all the time. Also, neither of their bathroom have a proper chanhing table for kids which surprised me a lot as it supposed to be a family friendly hotel.

Proximity to the train station is a big plus,. Staff members were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent.

We stayed at this hotel for 13 days and will be going back again. The staff was kind. Everyone spoke English which was very helpful. The hotel is clean and conveniently located if you just want to walk to the Moomin Museum or Stockmann. We will be back!

Very friendly staff

The hotel was fully booked and I had to wait an extra hour for my room. The receptionist said that my room would be given priority, but once I got in the cleanliness was questionable. There were breadcrumbs on a chair, the sink was dirty with don’t even know what... Mentioned this when I checked out and received a small reimbursement with gratitude. Understaffing seems to be a constant problem in hotels and if no substitute can be found in urgent conditions, perhaps the staffing manager should take part in cleaning.

Too crowded at breakfast even with the time slots and checking took way too long!

I had an early departure and was leaving well before breakfast opened. I was offered a sandwich, juice, apple and a hot drink to take with me instead. Made my train journey so much happier! Thank you!
