Receptionist very helpful. Room spacious, clean and near to market. Will back 🫶.

Kamarnya, besar dan bersih. Ada jacuzzi di toilet. Dekat dengan temple street/pusat makanan. Dekat dengan mrt. Receptionist juga sangat membantu ^ ^.

Room is big and very clean. All person were kindly. Easy/close to get food, MTR and Bus 👍.

the receptionist is speak very well english, the room is so big with comfortable bathtub jacuzzi .. last night a bit annoying cause I think there's some electric problem cause the door bell keep ringing few times but no one actually ring it and the air conditioner temperature so hard to adjust cause it keep back to 22c event we make it 25c or even turn off the ac, but its only for last night tho, other than that this hotel is very convenience cause close by to Jordan MTR, bus A22 to airport & so many good breakfast in area, 7 eleven just 1 block away

This is the umpteenth time I stayed at Madera Hotel. Everything remains the same, very pleasant. But there is a disappointment, the jakuzi in the bathtub is not functioning or damaged. Even though that was what I expected at the end of my fatigue after a full day's activities.

The location is easy to find food. Excellent service in this hotel. Sure come back if I travel again in Hongkong.

This hotel is strategically located, near the rest, the front of the hotel directly rests, near the MRT, near temple street and is clean, and there is a lounge above the 29th floor that is very nice. Can see all of Hong Kong. There's only a note. I just got tricked into buying precious stones on temple street, be careful a lot of fake ones.

Very good room, big room, soft bed, duck blanket, free mini bar, nice gallery for photography. Very good location, very convenient. Near Nathan Road, take the bus or MTR is very convenient.

Come with the son and husband Madera the hotel is very comfortable! The suite is clean, with 2 rooms and a guest room + TV, plus there is also a Jacuzzi that is right for restoring a tired body after a day of sightseeing. The hotel staff is friendly and ready to help. Around the hotel there is a sevel and also a large selection of high-taste restaurants for breakfast - dinner. Mtr Jordan Station is so close - waiting for you to explore sparkling and energetic Hong Kong. Don't miss the extensive photo studio - ready to draw you on an adventure to the other side of Hong Kong City, free !!

The room that I ordered was in accordance with the photo, which I like the light that can be set bright in the dark (mood) and the water for the shower that is very good is heavy!

This is my 3rd time staying here. Room service and cleanliness is still very good. Unfortunately this time I booked the wrong room, so the room size is smaller than before. This time I tried the sky loungenya good view, not inferior to the peak hongkong view.

Remind people who are going to stay at this hotel before entering the room, should check things in the room to see if there is anything missing. We didn't think too much. Think that our telephone is probably broken We will not notify the staff. On the day of check-out, go back to Thailand It turns out that the hotel said that we took the mobile phone of the hotel or not. We said no, didn't see. The hotel acted as if they were skeptical. Think we stole It's disrespectful to customers. Enough of this school.

PIC who cleaning our room EVERDAY (we had exp at some hotel didn't do that) -. Mr Ian Cheung (front desk) who help us with very important info and suggest the best route. -. The man who stand by at rooftop lounge. 3. Location is very loveable for our standard and itinerary. Very recommended hotel based on our standard

Clean, big room and friendly staff

Very strategically located. It is nearby everything around Kowloon. Near the Airport, MTR, Park, night markets and shopping ceters. You can choose to walk or take a public transport, either way is very convenient The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating and the hotel cleaning staff was very efficient. The hotel is clean. Our stay in Kowloon was very easy because of Madera.

Nice and cozy hotel with excellent staffs I stayed here for 5 nights (1705 and 1905) and it was really a perfect and enjoyable stay. Great location. the hotel is located just 3-5 mins walk from Jordan MTR station and close to several good restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. But. best of all was the hotel staffs for their excellent services. they were so friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to Oliver, Ian and Harvey. Thank You for always being so nice and made my stay memorable. Been in HK several times and stayed at different hotels but this is the first hotel that left deep impression on me. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my family and friends.
