The owner and staff was very helpful and I enjoyed my stay there.

Good space and location. Bathroom needs to be better.

The WC was not working.The room needs to be upgraded. Food was ok. Difficult with only portuguese at the reception.

The inside is better than outside. The outside doesn't not look that great but the rooms were great.

Hotel Buriti was very good place to stay. Friendly people who work there. In walking distance of anything you might need. Clean

I never slept so bad. The window was very noisy with the wind. Couldn’t sleep at all. But the breakfast is good though.

First impression of the front desk was good, but the room was terrible. Bathroom smelling sewage, no shower curtains, bathroom got flooded, no hot water in the shower, had to ask for blankets for the night, refrigerator had drinks but was unplugged, room very noisy, all night long could hear noise on the streets. Staff friendly but maintenance very poor.

Great facilities and even better (English speaking) staff. Not much around the area, but Campo Grande is like that I found. Good wifi, nice sun drenched pool. High rooms are quiet and have good views of a boring city.

I was shooting a documentary and had to come to Campo Grande for 2 days. The hotel was fine- not great, not bad. Breakfast was fine, good pao con queso. The down side for me was when I wanted to shoot an interview in my room they wanted to charge me 35 reals to let someone in my room- I've shot in hotels all over the world and never seen anything like that! It seems like you should be able to bring whomever you want into your room as long as you are not causing problems and they are not sleeping there. The biggest plus: they make a FANTASTIC caipirinha. I'd say the best I had in Brazil, and I ate in some pretty swank restaurants in Sao Paolo...

The hotel was reasonably comfortable and well maintained. The staff, particularly the manager we encountered was very helpful. We arrived past midnight and the manager was very courteous, spoke very good english and helped with a wifi issue. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was well presented and typical of a Brazilian hotel of this standard. The room and linen was clean.

Café da manhã era razoável, equipe de funcionários educados, o quarto estava limpo, mas não estava cheiroso, e a cama era bem ruim, pedimos travesseiros adicionais e vieram uns travesseiros encardidos amarelos fedendo a mofo horrível, a muito tempo tinha me hospedado no harbor e era excelente, mas caiu muito a qualidade do hotel! Outra coisa para carro grande não ha estacionamento pq a garagem é muito estreita, os hospedes com caminhonete deixam tudo na frente do hotel!

O atendimento da equipe foi nota 10! Estive doente, com febre, sozinha no quarto e fiquei com algumas dificuldades em alguns momentos e a equipe foi sensacional em me prestar todo o apoio possível. O restaurante é ótimo. Um pouquinho demorado às vezes para entrega da comida no quarto. A TV estava com o cabo dos canais quebrado (sem ponta) mas foi arrumado, A fechadura da porta deu problema algumas vezes. Foi concertada. O ar é virado diretamente para a cama, o que não é bom, pois assim o vento frio fica direto na pessoa deitada, o que faz ficar frio demais, mesmo colocando em temperatura alta. o ideal seria colocar um anteparo para espalhar o vento. O quarto é ótimo. Me tendeu em tudo que necessitei. Voltando a Campo Grande, retornarei no memo hotel.

Quarto limpo e organizado, mas a cama de casal era a união de duas de solteiro, sendo um lado muito macio e outro lado duto. Café da manhã ok. Opções de almoço e jantar caros, sendo mais em conta fazer as refeições em restaurantes próximos.
