Housekeeping staff first class. Room very clean. Only downside poor lighting. No central light. Balcony light never worked out while staying although reported twice. Over bed light not working reported at 6pm and told to report the next morning as maintenance had gone home. Bulb was replaced next day after reporting at breakfast.

Clean room excellent housekeeping staff. Receptionists very friendly. Good location. Easy to park close by. Only negative was one of the dining room staff. Not friendly very condescending attitude and did as little as possible. Guests in restaurant and dragging furniture rather than lifting like her colleague. Very disturbing to someone with hearing aids.

wonderful, peaceful vacation with family right by the sea. varied menu and clean rooms. friendly staff made the vacation even better.

Very nice Swimming pool, reception and cleaning staff absolutely lovely. Only downside breakfast not great and people working in the restaurant unfriendly they should go on a how to treat customers training . Location is brilliant

The breakfast was bad. And we had x2 single beds pushed together with different height mattresses, was awkward as a couple. But overall good enough, was close to beach and restaurants but make sure you book a table!

Good location. Easy check-in. Room was big. Clean. The staff were consistent over the stay. The ones were very friendly/helpful and the others were consistently unfriendly and dismissive

I arrived after 9 pm and the staff was very helpful and friendly, they allowed me to order some food, use their private parking. They don’t have a mini fridge in the rooms but I was able to use the fridge in the reception to store some food.

It is a beach resort area & the time of year (October) i went. alot of the restaurants, shops & activities near by were shut down. The views were spectacular.

DO keep in mind the distance from Barcelona. I made the mistake of reserving without considering how far it was from the train station and had to pay almost 100€ for a ride to the hotel very late at night. When I checked in the night shift employee charged me a tourist fee of 28.40€, be watchful of this because the next morning when I asked the front desk (morning shift person), she apologized and refunded me. There was no need for it. Other than that, breakfast was amazing. The towels had a couple of stains.

Cons: old furniture, cockroaches, smoke right in the rooms, so it stinks. Pluses: good staff, close to the beach, lots of fruit, quiet hotel

Har bott på hotellet tidigare och tycker att det är mycket prisvärt med bra läge och trevlig personal. Enda nackdelen denna gången var att ett gäng satt ute på terassen nedanför vårt rum och var mycket högljudda till kl 01.30 vilket störde vår sömn. Vi hade kört 112 mil och var väldigt trötta. Ingen personal sa till dom utan vi fick flera ggr gå ut på balkongen och be dom dämpa sig.

Ça manque beaucoup d'insonorisation. La 1ère nuit, nous étions tellement fatigués du voyage que nous avons bien dormi. Mais la seconde nuit, nous avons très peu dormi (nous avons entendu un genre de moteur de frigo -ou autre-, tourner toute la nuit)..... Concernant le personnel et les repas, rien à dire, c'est très correct. Nous avons trouvé le personnel bien sympathique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Le repos tans mérité n a pas été au rdv ! Les cloisons ne stoppent aucuns bruits ! Tv, téléphone, voix des voisins, etc…. Hôtel annoncé 3 étoiles mais plus tôt à classifier comme une pension ! Réservation effectuée avec une place de parking mais 5 places très précisément disponibles pour 30 chambres ! Donc notre auto laissée dans les rues du quartier non sécurisé… Le personnel dans son ensemble a toujours répondu présent à toutes nos demandes ! TB ! Les plages sont très bien et très proche ! Dans l ensemble sympa mais mériterait mieux !
