Everything was good there from check in to check out.

Hotel is great. The rooms are spacious but the door to bathroom was very heavy and not easy to open. There was also a foul smell when you entered the rooms

Room Air-conditioning not working properly, had to change room 3 times during the night. Most of the staff was polite except for duty manager during the day. He had arrogance and was not willing to listen.

AC doesnt work in the suites

Ex near the airport. Shuttle available but is quite expensive. Food is good quality. Rooms are spacious and convenient for airport access. All in all a comfortable stay

Had a great stay at the Radisson Blu hotel in Amritsar! Access to Amritsar airport was great. The Dinner and breakfast buffets were very good.

Staff except one person is not good. Seems the staff is Not conversant in English. They take a customer request and evince surprise or lack of understanding. Speaking In vernacular helps. We tried morning breakfast , but the paranthas , kulchas, vada were in less quantity and cold. We ordered for paranthas and it was taking long and one had to follow up with waiters to get the paranthas on table.

Welcoming staff, very helpful, Rooms were clean and tidy with airport view Kids really enjoyed swimming pool, Breakfast buffet was amazing. No dramas 5 Stars all over
