The owner very funny and approachable.

Pros: Owners and restaurant servers were friendly and helpful. Location was good, close to town.Excellent food at the hotel restaurant. Cons: Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Noise. No elevator - had to drag our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs and staff to help (ages: 85, 79, 80, 68). Only 3 parking spots for entire hotel/restaurant and very little street parking available. Probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to friends.

The White Lady was really nice to stay at. The staff were really super nice and friendly. The service and food was very good and we walked from the hotel all over Kinsale.

Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The walk into town was close and easy. The breakfast was fast and delicious. Had a very good sleep here

Cute old property with basic rooms and wonderful pub/restaurant with fantastic food. Easy walk to all areas of Kenmare. Kenmare is a nice, clean small town.

Parking was bad.

The food was so delicious. We ate dinner here both nights of our stay.

This little family run establishment should be full each and every day. The rooms are spacious (there’s only 10) and super comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs - BEST meal we had on the trip. Absolutely loved our stay and we’re already planning our return trip!

On checking in and having dinner the experience was excellent, the room was dated and basic but suitable to my needs for a place to stay on a business trip. After a long day, I looked forward to getting into bed and much to my annoyance, all I could hear were loud voices, The Cranberries being played on repeat loudly and dishes being moved around. This was approx 10.30pm. On picking up the phone in the room to call, it did not work so I had to call the hotel from my mobile and the gentleman on reception said it was the kitchen I was over and said he would have the music turned off. Then at 4.30am I was awoken by the room overhead walking around and the flooor boards creaking as they moved and again at 6.30am. There was not tea/coffee i the room so I had to go for a walk to a local store at 7am to buy a coffee as breakfast is not served till 8.30 in the hitel and I was leaving at that time

Super friendly staff and very walkable into town centre without being in the middle of town. Street parking was a bit tricky but went in busy season

The staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room and bed were old and not very clean. Close to town, the harbor, and lots of pubs and restaurants. Parking is on the street wherever you can find a spot. Overall, very average but if you're not picky you'll be fine!

Room was comfortable. Had a good stay, not in the bar/business area but very walkable (minutes) which is nice if you want to relax earlier in the evening. That being said, found some great pubs with live music easily. Breakfast was excellent!

-Dated furniture and decoration. -Mouldy Hotel Information Folder. -Bottom sheet doesn’t cover the mattress. -Rusting bed lights with dusty lamp shades. -Cobwebs in the corner. -Shower temperature goes very hot and cold -Damaged shower tray. -There were two hand towels for our stay, yes one each. -Bathroom door lock not working. -Hole in the ceiling with wires poking out was a smoke detector. There is one nearer the bed. -TV picture freezes and breaks up preventing you from watching a programme. -Bathroom illuminated mirror doesn’t light. -Heated towel rail not turned on. This is important as if you decided to have a shower or wash in the evening your one towel will still be wet in the morning. So do you wash at night or morning. Some may ask why I have given such a high star rating to The White Lady, Kinsale. I would like as many people as possible to read my review so they can decide if they would also like to have the same experiences we had.

Great value in Kinsale. Nice pub/restaurant on site, or you can walk to the heart of Kinsale in about 5 minutes. Parking is on-street but we found close parking both nights. Would stay there again!
