We had a major issue where we were kept up the majority of the night due to excessive noise from another room. I explained to the hotel in the morning and they were aware as had another complaint, but they would not offer me any of my money back because I didn’t call them during the night. I feel this is not fair, as all I wanted to do was try to sleep, so ringing reception was not the first thing on my mind. I would like someone to contact me to discuss. On a seperate note, the hotel is lovely, with good parking & nice finish/decor. The staff I dealt with when checking out dealing with my complaint, let the show down. They lack empathy and really didn’t want to help me.

Lovely stay, perfect location

What a lovely Hotel Central to everything we needed. Very clean and Staff were all Amazing so Friendly & Helpful. A definite Hotel chain I would use again. Having previously stayed this year in the York Hotel Indigo which was also lovely and why I chose to book this one in Newcastle. A bonus being a fridge in your room x

Great hotel, in a perfect location

Nice hotel centrally located

The bathroom was tired. It had a cracked sink, mould in the showers and hair everywhere. It looked like it needed a really good deep clean. The kettle also had another guests left over water in.

Coffee from machine at breakfast poor Pjease stop guests are breafast shouting down the phone on full volume when on line use the lobby or their rooms for this antisocial habit

Very comfy stay, friendly helpful staff, very clean and well maintained facilities, lovely smell in the communal areas and heat location.

Fantastic staff, great breakfast (lots of choice), comfortable room with good lighting, plenty of storage and good mirrors. Only thing I'd find fault with is the tea/coffee facilities were stored in the wardrobe so it had to be taken out to make a cuppa (although they were on a handy tray). Also, whilst almost everything in the room was new and immaculate, this just made the dated condition of the shower tray and tiles more noticeable. Overall I would stay again.

Central location - fab hotel. Close to quayside, metro and st James park. Room was lovely. Next time I am for Newcastle no research required it will be click and book Hotel indigo

Breakfast was good There was no bowls for the self service But we did have a wait a while before our cooked breakfast came The staff seemed stretched

The staff were absolutely lovely. They combined professionalism and friendliness and made it such a pleasant atmosphere in the hotel.

Hotel was great. Nice rooms, good breakfast and very helpful staff. I'll be back. I'll be back.
