Nice

We arrived in Kap at 2:30. Check in started at 3, we asked for an early check in and they refused even though the hotel was empty. Otherwise staff was amazing, super friendly and easy to talk with. The property was slightly outdated. Water stains on baseboard corners, mildew smell in the carpets. Bathroom door in our room did not latch, so we were unable to close it. Parking was great, we had an outside door so it was easy to access your vehicle and keep an eye on it. The big windows were great.

Nice stay and enjoyed it with my little family.

This room was totally unacceptable. We decided to leave and stay elsewhere. The manager promised a full refund for 2 nights, but Expedia was unable to contact them to confirm the full refund. Expedia could only give one nights refund. Very unsatisfactory.

We checked in very late after travelling for hours. Get there and they put us in a room with smaller beds than what we had booked. Had already unloaded our vehicle. Got moved to another room that was no longer accessible from the parking lot. 2 mornings in a row, there was nothing little food left for breakfast and it was only 8/8:30am. Waited and no other food came, while we were there. On our second day, staff knocked on door, as they didn’t know it was occupied and they were gonna be giving room keys to another party for that room, but they checked to make sure it was vacant, which it wasn’t. The chair in our room was required for desk work, and the wheel was broken off, so chair was very unstable, and inconvenient while working.

Great service! Breakfast was great and I showed up late to check in. The owner was friendly and happy to oblige me. We will always stay at the Travelodge in Kapuskasing. Thanks guys great staff great service friendly and countable

I did not like the cleanliness of the place

Broken doors poorly marked entrances. Bathroom fan was so loud it was better to use passive light from the room. Staff were indifferent and very poor instruction on how to get to the room.

Great spot really charming.

It's the 2nd time that we were there, both time we got sick, wake up in the morning all stuff, pains in our eyes, coughing, we had a pet friendly room, carpet was smelly and dirty and very humid. We got there and our room was not ready and not the price we were supposed to get, and they also charge us an extra 20$ for the dog, don't understand why, the fee for the room was already pet friendly. This was our last time there

Good value for your money. Beds are very comfortable and the room was clean.

Man at check-in was rude and very smelly (late night) Lady at check-out was awesome (daytime) The room was clean, the bed comfortable but the room is in need of lots of small repair. Window was blocked, no outside access. We were there for a short sleep and a shower and it served the purpose.

Needs to be burnt down infested with bugs

Hotel was quiet, clean, and affordable.
