Clerks are very friendly. Our rooms got upgraded. Clean rooms and quiet too. We really like it.

This was in its days a luxury hotel but its beginning to look dated. If modern is what you are looking for. This wont be your place.

The room was clean. Room service food was great. The burger 5 stars, pizza 3 stars, french fries 5 stars. All in all, it was ok

Usually a great experience staying at Crowne Plaza Hefei but this time service seems to have dropped. Eg my bathroom lights didn't work. Also when I ordered fish and chips for dinner I only received fish fingers. No chips or fries. A little disappointed.

Solid 4.5 star hotel. Breakfast had nice choices and was consistently good. Club room lounge was a nice perk and a good placecto enjoy a quiet meal

Location is very close to the subway and famous malls.

Our arrival was delayed a day and a half due to inclement weather in Montreal. Staff held our room and a 4 am check in went flawless.

Really lovely hotel, staff spoke good english. Gorgeous and large room, well equipped gym, good wifi. Didn't eat at any of the restaurants at the hotel but they had good options. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance also nearby. I'd definitely stay again.

I had never heard of Hefei China until I made a business connection there. I used hotels.com to select the Crowne Plaza, and they provided the guidance I needed. This is on of the most beautiful hotels I have found in 12 year's traveling to China on business. I heartily recommend it. Excellent front desk staff.

Overall it was a great stay. The hotel front desk manager was very helpful with sending a taxi driver from and to the airport so we did not get ripped off by taxi drivers this time. He also offered a couple great services to us. Breakfast and dinner buffets were all good. The only drawback happened at the lounge when we ordered foods late at night (around 9:30pm). The staff received our orders and we've been waiting for over 40 mins and still foods weren't served. When we asked the staff what happened, she told us they could not make foods due to whatever reason. If so she was supposed to let us know in a timely manner instead of making us wait eternally. Except this one minor episode, this hotel is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Also the per night rate unbelievably cheap including breakfast.

Very reasonably priced, clean and comfortable hotel in Hefei! Wonderful swimming pool that is open for lap swimming at 6:00 AM! Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Had a very substantial buffet in the all day dining restaurant on the mezzanine level. Great food selection! The only negative and it is a big negative is the very slow WiFi. The hotel needs to address this shortcoming soon or else it will lose business. It's that bad.

Stayed one week. Had an enjoyable relaxing time. Very nice facilities overall.

Very good hotel albeit some noise from metro station and nearby train station.

Clean, quiet hotel. Staff were trying hard to please. However the washroom and lighting design are not user friendly.
