The staff were friendly, especially the housekeeper who was lovely. The room was clean. It's a short walk to the MRT, making it very convenient for traveling during Songkran. Traffic at the street entrance can be a bit congested, but it's manageable. There's also a 7-Eleven.

Pros: Good service staff, school near mrt, delicious breakfast. Disadvantages: old air conditioner, loud like a boiling kettle, bad bathroom, lack of maintenance, shower room has no water heater. And water flows out of the shower room with the door closed. The faucet in the bathtub is broken. lighten shower water
