Everyone in the hotel were great except the only girl bartender, she acted entitled and made me feel uncomfortable she stated that I had to adapt to her country and made it clear to me.

Great people, hated the girl bartender very arrogant and racist can’t believe she’s still working there. If she’s still there next time I will complain to the owner. Uire is wonderful and Jose excellent.

Es war zu laut in dem Hotel. Von der Rezeption und der Empfangshalle der Krach schallt durchs ganze Haus. Am Wochenende, sprich am Freitag und Samstag wurde bis in die Nacht rein gefeiert, so dass man nicht schlafen konnte.. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

An excellent 4 star resort. Quite a few children but no problems. The dining room can be busy and noisy. Fred had us laughing from the moment we started checking in. I look forward to returning.

I booked a twin room for a solo trip, but the hotel kindly changed it to a double bed at my request. I was also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view of the pool. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The resort is well located, close to the beach, with transport readily available for longer trips. I had everything I needed during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider coming back again.

Kids loved the massive pool and breakfast buffet!!

The property was nice overall. I enjoyed tge poil! Also, tge property was very quiet and safe!

Our second visit to this hotel 12 years after the first and it all still seems brand new, in great condition with everything you need.

The facility is great but the room is disapointing.

Great property and super clean!

Great property to have a large party of people. There were plenty of pool sun beds whenever we went out. Entertainment team were enthusiastic but not pushy.

Great friendly staff! The staff everywhere were friendly. Cleaners, people at the bar, restaurant, spa. The only downside i would say is at the spa the turkish bath needs a refurb. Also the gym for them to charge they should really have more equipment there n make it bigger. Paying 5 euros a day when u bought all inclusive is not ideal. Food wasnt great also. It was ok

First time to the Algarve and Portugal as a whole. Spectacular! Loved it!

The property was stunning, clean & gorgeous. The staff was great. Special shout out to Otilia for all her help getting my sister situated in my room. She's a lifesaver! Joanna: Great efforts on all your activities. I wish I had more time to participate but I was with the GSD Soccer group attending their functions. Nuno in the bar was fabulous too. The meal options were great as my husband LOVES fish & beer. He was very happy. Only dislike that is consistent with other comments: Towels for the pool area. I'm glad I read that and packed accordingly.
