Great location!

Sadly I had ants in my room the whole stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the staff is very nice and helpful. One can have everything in the surrounding area.

Property is located in close proximity of Cathedral, area is safe and clean. Location is really amazing with its own cute plaza and beautiful street. Staff was very accommodating and offered us early check-in without any extra charges which shows their focus on hospitality and customer comfort.

A very cozy alcove right next to the Royal Alcazar Palace. Very convenient location on a quiet alcove very helpful attendants. The only thing I did not like, and which is common to many hotels, is that the bathtub/shower does not have a rubber mat and so it would be very easy to slip and fall and with nothing to grab onto. It’s a common safety hazard.

Location intimate setting. Not hectic. Staff. Upstairs patio. Good value. Would recommend and stay again

Lovely little hotel ideally situated for the alcazar and cathedral

The location is fabulous, the staff were wonderful. Our room was soooo tiny and we had no place to put anything. The shower was slippery and with only a half door, water went everywhere. The rooftop breakfast and bar were lovely.

One of the most beautiful location for a hotel, so close of the 2 main attractions of Sevilla

Room had four electrical outlets, but only two worked. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived and had wet paint in it when we were given access. Room had virtually no flat space for suitcases and bathroom had no space for toiletries bags.

Very close to Alcazar, cathedral and restaurants. Rain meant we couldn’t sit on rooftop for breakfast as great views from there.

The terrace is the main attraction, but it was raining and they were not prepared with good covering

We had a wonderful stay at Alcazar. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful , making us feel at home right away. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and I loved the convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
