Overall was good experience. Location was great, facilities were relatively plain but clean and adequate, and price was reasonable. Was a bit annoyed that they said they had luggage storage (sign on the front door of office even said it), but they said they no longer provide that, so we paid extra charge to check in "early".

The apartment was neat with all amenities needed. The location near to almost everything one wants to visit in Sevilla. Great experience

Definitely not the best experience-we arrived to find trash in both barrels from the previous guest and bath mat and towels that looked used. Our unit had a terrace that was definitely not inviting-could use a deep clean! Hard part is there is no one at the location most of the time so email is the only option. Responded that they would send someone which never happened-claimed they did. Communication is definitely a problem! Cleanliness is important to me so I would never stay there again. The positives are it was spacious and in a pretty good location (a bit hard to find as it’s located behind a restaurant)

Excellent location. Arrived at 1530 and wasn't allowed 1600 check in. Not enough blankets for everyone (family of 6), could've asked for more but didn't. AC was great!

Beautiful little apartment everything clean and is near city and all the good places to visit.

The team was great considering this was a last minute reservation at a late hour, they were very professional in communicating with us and making arrangements for us. My only suggestion is around cleaning, I think it can be improved. Thank you 🙏

Initially was hard to locate despite directions. Little more clarification would have helped. Also, could not reach anyone using whats app. Requested fresh towels and they were not given. Aside from those things stay was great. Place was clean

The location is very good but that is the only thing that is good about this place. Our room was so dirty and they never cleaned it even though we told them about the situation. There was a bee hive in the umbrella on our terrace, again we told them but they didn’t fix it. The staff are really irresponsible and will not lift a finger to do bare minimum. Our AC was bon functioning and even though we called their “emergency” line, no one came to fix it. It was 35c inside the room and with bees right outside our windows, we couldn’t even open them to get some air. They never offered a room change or any solution!!!! All and all one of the worst experiences I had at any type of accommodation.

Great location near all monuments and attractions. Nice and clean, attentive staff. Perfect for a family of four.

Great location - very spacious and clean and quiet.

The property is located at the right place but a few additional arrangements / amenities could have made it an excellent stay. These are as follows: 1. Basic supplies of coffee (no tea) was provided for just one day. Perhaps some advance info could have prepared us to make suitable arrangements. International guests may not come with all the supplies and would be in a quandary to buy basic stuff like tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc. 2. We stayed here for 3 nights. Basic cleaning on day two or even third day could have been great. 3. The property is positioned as a hotel but there aren’t any round the clock staff or managerial staff so off hours communication is a challenge.

Very well situated apartments, close access to the city centre and 50m to the airport bus. Easy access via digital locks, no problems.

Excellent place, close to the main attraction, staff are also very friendly and helpful, we like the apartment modern and quiet, there is Restaurant terrace right next to the apartments and the noise never bothered. I recommend this place to anyone

This property was beautiful and staff was incredibly helpful! We throughly enjoyed the beautiful balcony and close proximity to attractions. We would stay again!

The location is very convenient for visiting the marquee sites in Sevilla. There's a ton of food options right outside and a walkable grocery for supplies. The room was functional, although when we first arrived we had to figure out the AC and never really figured out how to get it right. It was an on/off scenario, but it worked! There's a typical EU bathroom. We wound up opening a window when we showered to release the steam. The bed definitely could use an update and some extra pillows. The provided towels did not include anything for the bidet. There was no laundry detergent in the kitchen. I left ours, so hopefully others can enjoy. There's also no dish soap and only 2 coffee pods. We made it worked, but don't expect niceties. As for communication, in business hours, they respond to emails VERY quickly!
