Staff were very helpful and responsive. They went out of their way helping as best they could with our delayed luggage.

Great location, apartment was functional. We stayed for 9 days and would have appreciated a better kitted out kitchen and more comfortable sofa. However, air con was excellent and staff responded to our questions quickly.

This was a lovely apartment in a great location for the local attractions. It was quite difficult to find in the dark on our first night. Perhaps some photos of the key pads would be useful and extra light by the door. The biggest disappointment was the terace which was surrounded by high walls so no view at all. Aircon worked well.

Place was good. Would have been nice to have had more than one wine glass especially since there were three of us. Coffee pods for each day would have been a bonus but they were kind enough to provide us with a few extra pods when asked.

Second time in Seville and really loved the first place we stayed, was worried this wouldn’t live up to the other hotel, but it did. Everything you need to cook and enjoy for the nights in. Just beautiful. The staff was AMAZING. Highly recommend!

Spacious one bedroom unit, complete with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, had a large private terrace. The manager was wonderful, very responsive to our small problems. It was a pleasure to spend time here, I highly recommend to everybody.

We had a great time and found Azz Sevilla perfect for our family of 4! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and having kitchen and laundry was super convenient. Anabel was very helpful getting us settled in and we definitely recommend staying at Azz !

The apartment was great and centrally located to many attractions. The off site parking was a let down and pretty expensive. The only thing we needed in the apartment was an ironing board but we managed. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing and awesome property. We rented 5 apartments for a big group and the property manager gave all the rooms on same floor. All the rooms were next to each other making it very convenient! Only issue was that they charge extra for coffee pods. We stayed for 3 nights and the coffee supplied in each apartment was sufficient only for one day. Upon requesting for additional coffee pods we were told that they would charge extra euros! Recommend that the hotel should at the very least supply sufficient coffee pods based on the number of days a guest stays in an apartment! Other than this one issue every thing else was fantastic. The apartments were very clean and the property is centrally located and minutes walking to the Seville Cathedral and Seville Alcazar! Will go back again!
