It is a nice hotel but the location is far away from the JR Niihama station if you are traveling by JR railway.

Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama is a wonderful hotel. About 12 minutes from the train station by taxi. The Rihga staff was fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and polite, and will assist with anything you need help with. Check in and check out were super easy, and room was cleaned each morning. We had never stayed here before, but were left impressed by Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama.

Probably the best family option if you happen to be in this area. Walking distance to the Aeon mall, which has some restaurants. Loved the breakfast buffet!

We stayed at this hotel to break up a 3-hour drive from Naruto to Matsuyama. It was too bad we couldn't stay another night, because this hotel was really comfortable and spacious, with great amenities and a well-laid out breakfast buffet. The hotel itself is right next to a Aeon shopping mall, but unfortunately we didn't have time to stop by. For people who don't want to stay in Matsuyama itself, or want to explore the lesser-known areas of Niihama, Saijo or Imabari, I would highly recommend this hotel.

部屋も広く，静かな場所にあり，リラックスできました。

房間好大，整潔，但抽濕系統不好

駅からは離れていますが、イオンモールが隣接しており、土産物の購入や食事等するには困ることなく立地は良い。 朝食バイキングも程よい混雑具合で、料理も美味しくいただきました。

良かったです。

前の人の髪の毛が洗面台にあった。。床にも布団にも埃が、、 朝食はすごく美味しかったし、お安く泊まれたので満足です

清潔感もありスタッフさんの対応もすごく良かったです。ありがとうございました。
