I reserved a handicap room and it was not handicap friendly. The sink was high and the toilet was so low that my mother couldn’t get off it by herself. ( no grab bars to help get herself up) also the shower was a tub so you have to lift your leg over the side and no shower chair.

I really appreciated the underground HEATED parking garage. It was really cold and windy so it made getting our stuff out and into the hotel very enjoyable. And getting into our nice warm truck for the ride home the next day was awesome.

The room was a little loud seeing it was facing a highway with exits from both sides so trucks used their engines to brake slowing down off the highway.

When I checked in I had excellent service. The room furnace blew freezing cold air or too hot air no matter what I set it on.

Nice, clean & bright

In a busy area of town which makes it convenient to get to restaurants but also means there is traffic noise. (We were on first floor so it was right outside our window.). Clean. Good hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy but met our needs well by being close to the Mayo Clinic.

Good hotel, but our room facing the freeway was noisy

Very good experience! Our only complaint was with the air conditioner…. It blew very cold air, yet without it, it was too warm and stuffy. Very odd!

The beds were so stiff they caused back pain

Being that close to the highway I am not sure that there’s anything to be done about the exterior noise.
