Great location just 5 minutes from the south entrance of Yellowstone. Meals at the restaurant were good and service very friendly at the restaurant. Hotel and rooms a little dated but clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. Great gift shops as well.

Great place to stay when enjoying the parks.

This place is fantastic!! I had the most relaxing time and perfect between yellowstone and tetons!

There was a cute hiking trail to a hot spring. The rooms are all far apart. Lots of people were staying there and we barely saw anyone.

Good place, convenient location, quiet, comfortable.

Property was right by a river. Beautiful. Quiet. Windows could have been cleaned to enjoy the view better.

We booked 8 nights. Upon check in, we were told cabin would be cleaned and serviced every 2 days. Total of 3 times during our stay. After the 3rd day, running out of towels. and no service, we contacted the front desk. We were told would make sure it was taken care of the next day. Housekeeping did come the next day, towels were replaced, and bed was made. Items were not restocked, toilet paper, tissue, soap, coffee. Dirty cups and glasses were not replaced. Floor was not swept. We never saw housekeeping come again. We needed to cut our stay short by a day, but lodge would not give a credit, even though we had poor service for our stay. With proper management, this lodge could be very nice.

Limited dining options.

We stayed in a handicap accessible cabin- great setup, very easy access, and beautifully furnished. A little water damage around the shower was disheartening, but otherwise very well kept. Would def stay again.

The resort was very convenient to both national parks. The staff was exceptionally good at all times. The outside area and outside of cabins are nice looking. However the interior needs an upgrade. Very rundown. Especially the bathroom shower and toilet area. The shower had mold on walls and ceiling and shower curtain. Not sure how a cleaning person or manager can miss it. Was so obvious! Unhealthy condition for sure. Spent over $350 per night so didn’t expect poor older conditions for that price. Notified front desk. Didn’t offer anything more than an apology.

Had to wait 30 minutes to checkin because not allowed until 4 pm.

Nice property. Great food. Amazing staff!!

We only spent one night while we explored the Grand Tetons. This is right outside the park. We stayed in the cabins, which were dated, but clean. Comfortable beds. There are no tvs, microwaves, or fridges in the cabins (at least in the ones we stayed in) so be prepared for that. The lodge had a very nice dining room with good food.
