Great service and attention. Very nice staying

In my opinion, this should not be a five star hotel. 3 1/2 to 4 stars at best. Pool and gym are very small, gym is extremely hot and air conditioner. Doesn’t work properly. water at the gym was not cold. Rooms are very small for a family of four, game room is also very small with one game only. However, location is great and parking was cheap. Breakfast is also quite good.

I really love this place... believe me. Everything is near, calm, warm. The people at Majestic is kind and very helpful every time you ask for anything!

I have stayed in this hotel several times before but this time I found the hotel is not the same. I think the up keep has declined. my bathroom had some mold in the shower; the sink was not draining freely; the closet door would not stay closed. The worse of all was the WIFI (terrible)

Excellent! Our experience was amazing, very comfortable.

Hotel is great, staff super friendly. However the walls are too thin and the guests can be really loud, even beyond midnight, which is particularly annoying when you have a tour starting at 7:00am the next morning

Hubo una falla con el aire acondicionado. La reporté, no se solucionó. El sistema nunca enfrió a los 22°C y el día que me puse a planchar la ropa, el cuarto se calentó. Como tenia otra reserva, pedi cambio de habitación. Vamos a ver como me va. Por lo demas no hay queja, el desayuno espectacular. El gym, básico pero para mis necesidades bueno.

Very nice stay

Good business hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. Little things let it down like the complimentary water and teabags in the room not being replenished. Good underground parking. Some rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy due to the traffic outside.

Internet doesn’t work and room has a leaking. Talked to staff, nothing happened.

A few bumps on the road at check in, but the attentiveness of the staff smoothed things nicely. The decor is unusual and makes a nice change

Beautiful hotel, great location but what really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team, from the cleaners to the managers were very professional and friendly. In particular, we would like to mention the bellhop Alexandre, who was so genuinely helpful and friendly, it really made it feel welcoming returning to the hotel every day.

We got back to the hotel late at night after a busy day to find our room locked. Staff said I had only booked for 4 nights so they had to lock. I showed my 5 nights reservation and the door was unlocked. Just to find our room that had not been clean. Very stressful situation. We asked for clean towels. Mistakes like this should not happen in a 5 star hotel. Asked for a drink and they had already closed the bar? At 9:00 pm?. Will not stay there again.

Precisa melhorar na questão de café da manhã . Colocar bolo de chocolate e não pequenos pedaços de bolo, Danone , ovos também estava faltando no último dia de hospedagem . A questão da limpeza , sai diversas vezes e quando voltava o quarto não estava arrumado . Estrutura excelente . E atendimento nota 10 . Voltaria mais vezes
