Beautiful bedrooms comfy beds, Sette restaurant closed 3 days per week. Not functioning during our stay.

Great hotel! Felt it was extremely expensive for size of room. But overall very nice. I probably wouldn’t spend that again for this hotel and would opt for four seasons for that price.

Great service. They took longer that expected to have my room ready but they made up for it with a spa treatment that was amazing.

Hotel staffs are warm, kind and helpful. Hotel’s interior decorations are classy, pleasant and we are are very happy with the stay.

The hotel itself is very nice. The hotel staff were a little stand offish because we were not dressed up. We've been wanting to stay at one of these hotels for years. Not sure if it lived up to the hype.

Superb hotel. Have stayed at many of the top hotels in London and this is up there with them. Only one gripe, tried to get into the cigar lounge and told it was full when there were multiple seats. Guy running the cigar lounge had a serious attitude problem and when he realised we were residents tried to back track and get us back in. Too late, went to bed angry. Customer service training required.
